Study On The Value Of MRI In The Diagnosis Of High Anal Fistula By Filling The Rectum With Water Capsule

Objective: To evaluate the clinical value of rectal water capsule filling method in the diagnosis of high anal fistula before operation.Methods: A total of 40 patients with high anal fistula were randomly selected as the subjects,32 males and 8 females,aged 20-66 years,mean 39.8 years old.All the cases were performed before the balloon before filling(conventional method),after the capsule was filled with MRI scan,the images were analyzed and the self control was performed,record the number of fistula,fistula display and location,fistula and anal sphincter relationship,branch fistula and abscess display.The difference of the ability of high anal fistula between the conventional method and the aqueous capsule filling method was compared with the single factor analysis of anova.Results:(1)The diagnostic accuracy of conventional method and balloon filling method for anal fistula was 74.3% and 94.8%,respectively(P<0.05);(2)The conventional method and the balloon filling method of anorectal ring above(including ring)in the mouth of the diagnostic accuracy rate were 75.6% and 97.2%,there was significant difference(P<0.05),the water capsule after filling in the diagnosis of the location of high accuracy was improved obviously;(3)Anal fistula on the classification,the water capsule before and after the diagnosis of accuracy were 75% and 95%,there was a statistical difference(P<0.05);The accuracy of the diagnosis of anal fistula after the capsule was better than that before the capsule was filled;(4)There was no significant difference in the number of fistula fistula,branch and abscess(P>0.05).Conclusion: Water capsule filling MRI examination in the anal fistula and the location of the mouth,fistula and perianal sphincter relationship between the better than conventional MRI.It helps to avoid the two operation and reduce the occurrence of complications.
