Heart rate is an important indicator of cardiovascular fitness in medical tests.In recent years,cardiovascular diseases seriously affect people's health,thus real-time monitoring of heart rate has become an increasingly urgent demand and hot topic in the research and development.At present,the medical testing instruments used to detect the patient's heart rate are more expensive,and the use of the scene is limited.With the popularization of mobile Internet and the rapid development of intelligent mobile terminal technology,the cost of smart phones decreases,and it is rapidly spreading across the world among people of all ages.It also provides convenience for innovation in the medical field and mobile medical products based on smartphones have mushroomed.This paper introduces the related theories and techniques of Photoplethysmography,Savitzky-Golay signal denoising algorithm and YUV image format conversion.The model of heart rate measurement and blood oxygen saturation measurement based on Photoplethysmography is studied,and a model based on heart rate variability is proposed to evaluate the fatigue level of the human.In addition,the software system of the heart rate acquisition and analysis engine of the mobile terminal is designed and implemented,and the high performance algorithm of YUV image format conversion is proposed.A comprehensive measurement of heart rate,blood oxygen saturation and human fatigue is carried out on the heart rate acquisition and analysis engine of the mobile terminal.Experiments show that heart rate acquisition and analysis engine the mobile terminal based on Photoplethysmography in this paper has high accuracy and practical significance in heart rate measurement,blood oxygen saturation measurement and human fatigue measurement.The heart rate acquisition and analysis engine runs on the android smart phone with camera and flash.No additional hardware is needed.Users can download and install it,then they can use it for free after registering.At the same time,it changes the condition of the traditional smart wearable devices to measure the heart rate alone and reduces the threshold for the use of household health monitoring equipment effectively.So that ordinary families are willing to use it with low costs.This is of great practical significance to the realization of family portable cardiovascular physiological health parameters noninvasive measurement.
