This dissertation takes human pulse signal data resources as the research object,extracts and analyzes the human pulse physiological parameter information based on multi-groups of human pulse signals,and attempts to try to serve as an effective auxiliary method in traditional TCM pulse diagnosis process,TCM pulse diagnostic objectivity,continue to enrich and innovate the detection of human pulse characteristics and means.Especially for the sub-health census,cardiovascular system disease detection and identification also has important reference value.In this paper,the photoplethysmography pulse wave signal(PPG signal)of healthy human and cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases was collected and obtained by using the photoelectric volume pulse wave acquisition sensor device.The photoplethysmography pulse signal is non-invasive and painless,convenient and uncomfortable,Easy to be accepted by the test subjects.The main research content of this paper is the analysis of human pulse wave signal.The collected human pulse wave signal usually has noise such as baseline drift,high frequency random disturbance and motion artifact,so the wavelet threshold of the human body is collected.Through the comparison of the denoising process and the results of three different wavelet threshold functions for the human pulse signal respectively,a more suitable wavelet default threshold function is selected to process the resulting clean pulse signal so as to be extracted and analyzed next Pulse Physiological Characteristics Parameters.In view of the pulse characteristic parameters extracted from the traditional pulse analysis methods are relatively simple,the recognition is not high and so on.This paper also focuses on a wavelet transform and Hilbert Huang transform the original pulse signal data analysis and processing methods proposed by wavelet multilayer decomposition to extract wavelet detail coefficients to calculate energy parameters and Hilbert Huang transform to extract IMF components Compute marginal spectral energy parameters,thus forming a multi-dimensional pulse characteristic parameter matrix to judge and classify human's various health states.The experimental results show that the extraction of the constructed pulse characteristic parameter matrix has certain regularity for identifying the pulse data of cardiovascular disease in human and the relationship between pulse and health is obtained by analyzing the regularity of pulse data.At the end of this article,we also summarize the work done,and also point out the extraction of the characteristic parameters of the human pulse wave and the further improvement of the research work.
