ObjectiveThis project plans to study the dietary preferences, clothing preferences, mental stress and other habits of vulvovaginal candidiasis(VVC)patients under the guidance of Professor Jiang Lijuan's clinical “preventive treatment” concept. With its relevance to the pathogenesis, this paper analyzes the risk factors of female VVC in Kunming,in order to provide some reference for clinical non-drug prevention and treatment of vulvovaginal candidiasis.MethodsThis study with reference to "Obstetrics and Gynecology"(National Higher Medical Teaching Materials 8th Edition),"Chinese medicine gynecology"(National Medical College textbook seventh edition),"Chinese Obstetrics and Gynecology"(People's Medical Publishing House,2008 The second edition of May)and the Guidelines for Common Diseases of Chinese Gynecology(2012).Only the questionnaires werecollected and the living habits of patients with vulvovaginal candidiasis in Kunming was collected through questionnaires. The data were analyzed by SPSS 22.0 software Statistics, analysis of patients with bad habits and the incidence of vulvovaginal candidiasis correlation.Results1.The patient's age distribution: 100 patients with VVC were studied in this study. The age range was between 20-45 years old, among which the most were between the ages of 26-35 years old,a total of 56 cases, the average age was 30.45±2.72 years old, accounting for 56% 36-45 years old followed by a total of 30 cases, the average age of 41.1 ± 2.35 years old, accounting for 30%;20-24 years old were relatively few,the average age of 22 ± 1.52 years old, accounting for 22%.2.Distribution of patients' occupations: administrative staff accounted for 17%,general staff 32%,freelancers 23%,and unemployed 22%.3.Onset time of patients: mainly concentrated in 5,6,7,8 months, accounting for about 62%.4.Dietary habits of case group and control group: In the case group,61%of regular drinkers were consumed, more than the control group(45%);smokers accounted for 16%,and there was a small difference from the control group(10%);Dietary pungency accounted for 91%,more than the control group(78%);dietary cold accounted for 85%,more than the control group(67%);food oily people accounted for 48%,and the controlgroup(41%)a small gap;Dietary sweetness accounted for 50%,more than the case group(36%);dietary light accounted for 15%,and the control group(23%)had a small gap;80% of the people with severe stress were less than the control group(73%);often wearing chemical fiber underwear accounted for 21%,and the control group(16%)a small gap;wearing too tight accounted for 51%,and the control group(43%)a small gap.5.Single factor analysis: There was statistically significant difference in alcohol consumption, spicy diet, cold diet, sweet diet and stress distribution between the case group and the control group(P<0.05).6.Logistic multivariate regression model results: Patient-specific univariate analysis showed that the variables with P<0.05 in single-factor results: alcohol intake, dietary pungency, dietary cold, and mental stress were put into a logistic multivariate regression model. The results showed that drinking, dietary pungency, eating cold, and mental stress were the independent risk factors for the onset of vulvovaginal candidiasis(P<0.05).The OR was: 2.287,4.414,3.793,2.484.ConclusionThis study examined the association between poor living habits of women and the incidence of VVC in Kunming. The analysis suggests that there are four major types of female VVC in Kunming.Drinking alcohol, eating spicy foods, eating cold, and mental stress are independent riskfactors for the onset of female VVC in Kunming, and there is a significant correlation with the distribution of syndrome types of VVC.
