Jianpi Yiqi Method Combined Laser Treatment Of DR Clinical Effect Observation And Serum BFGF Level Change Research

Objective:By comparing the JianPi Yiqi method combined laser in the treatment of diabetic retinopathy(DR)and the clinical curative effect of pure laser treatment of DR,and analyze its before and after treatment serum basic fibroblast growth factor(bFGF)the change of the level,on the one hand,demonstrate effectiveness of laser treatment of JianPi Yiqi method that DR,on the other hand the onset of DR and combination therapy,the mechanism of laser treatment for JianPi Yiqi method that DR provides theory basis.Methods:A total of 58 cases of the patients who were collected in the patients with the spleen deficiency syndrome were classified into treatment group(TCM combined laser)and control group(pure laser)according to the random method.Treatment group and control group before and after treatment best corrected visual acuity(BCVA),fundus photograph,fundus fluorescence angiography(FFA)and optical coherence tomography(OCT)examination,the change of the serum contents of bFGF,and the collected results for statistical analysis.Results:(1)Four weeks after treatment in treatment group and control group vision were increased than before treatment,the treatment group vision was better than that of control group,compared two groups have statistical significance(P<0.05).(2)After 4 weeks of treatment,the bleeding,exudation and edema absorption in the treatment group were better than those in the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).(3)Four weeks after treatment in treatment group and control group of macular edema absorption efficient is 91.9%,76.5%respectively,compared two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).(4)After Four weeks of treatment,the FFA examination in the treatment group and the control group was improved,the effective rates were 89.5%and 72.0%respectively,the treatment group was better than the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).(5)Four weeks after treatment in treatment group and control group phase III-V treatment of total effective rate was82.5%,68.4%respectively,the treatment group was better than the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).(6)After 4 weeks of treatment,the serum bFGF level in the treatment group decreased compared with that before treatment(P<0.05);the serum bFGF level in the control group had no decrease compared with the previous treatment,and there was no significant difference between before and after treatment(P>0.05);comparison between the two after treatment,the treatment group compared with the control group serum bFGF content decreased significantly,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with simple laser therapy,Chinese medicine combined with laser treatment can better improve visual function,promote macular edema absorption,reduce retinal damage and inhibit angiogenesis.It is proved that the treatment of DR with laser can not only consolidate the curative effect of laser treatment,but also make up for the deficiency of simple laser treatment.It is an effective treatment methodThere is a certain relationship between serum bFGF and the occurrence and development of diabetic retinopathy.TCM combined with laser therapy may achieve the treatment of DR by reasing serum bFGF level.
