Objective:Research the changes in plasma endothelin(ET)and nitric oxide(NO)in children with kawasaki disease and explore its clinical value and the relationship with coronary artery lesion(CAL).Methods:Selection 53 patients with kawasaki disease treated in the first hospital were treated as experimental group in 2015.08~2017.05.Selected in the same period in the hospichildren were selected from the outpatient examination at the hospital in the same period. As a healthy control group. The children were not infected recently, and all blood biochemical and cardiac ultrasound and electrocardiogram were normal.1.Before the treatment of kawasaki disease group, the control group(24 hours after admission)and the normal control group were treated with venous blood 4ml in the early morning fasting state.Put in anticoagulant tubes, sent to the central laboratory for 15 min,3000 RBP centrifugal plasma, collect the upper ready, and put in-20 ? refrigerator under test. The kawasaki disease group was treated with the same conditions in the early morning after the treatment of 7~10d with fever(?38.5?)of children with bronchopneumonia within 1 week(1-6 years old)30 cases,as a control group, exclude kawasaki disease and other medical history,no cardiovascular disease damage, nonorganic heart disease and other related diseases.A total of 20 healthy roglobulin vein.2.The plasma et-1 level was determined by radioimmunoassay, purchased from the northern biotechnology research institute and operated strictly according to the instructions.3.The determination of plasma NO level was based on nitric acid reductase, which was purchased from nanjing and was strictly followed by the instructions.4.All results of the IE33 color doppler ultrasound imaging instrument were determined by the same person designated by the ultrasound room to avoid the difference in the results.During the examination, the child was in a quiet state, and the children who did not cooperate were treated with chloral hydrochloride enema.5.All of the data analysis by SPSS 19.0 software.Results:1.There was no significant difference in age and sex between the three groups in the control group and the healthy control group(P < 0.05).2.The plasma et-1 and NO levels were significantly higher than those in the control group and the normal control group before treatment, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).3.After the treatment of kawasaki disease group, the plasma et-1 and NO level of children with kawasaki disease decreased significantly, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).4.There was NO significant difference in plasma et-1 and NO level in the control group and the healthy control group(P > 0.05).5.In kawasaki disease, patients with coronary lesion and NO coronary lesion were compared with plasma ET-1 and NO level, and the group with coronary injury was significantly higher than that in the group without coronary artery injury(P<0.01),and the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion:1.ET and NO participated in the development of kawasaki disease.2.ET and NO may be associated with the occurrence of CAL in kawasaki disease.
