Objective:To investigate the value of synchronous recording of Doppler blood flow spectrum of fetal pulmonary artery and vein in quantitative measurement of fetal heart conduction time. Methods:Two hundred and twenty-one normal fetuses at 16?41 weeks were selected.Atrioventricular conduction time interval(AV)and the time interval from onset of ventricular contraction to the onset of atrial contraction of next cardiac cycle(VA)were measured by pulsed Doppler(PD),tissue Doppler imaging(DTI)and simultaneous pulsed wave Doppler in pulmonary artery and vein(PA-PV).The success rates of three methods in the measurement of AV and VA at different gestational ages were calculated. The consistency of the three methods was compared through variance analysis, and the correlation analysis of fetal heart conduction time with gestational age and fetal heart rate was carried out. Results:The PA-PV method measured AV as 107.67±12.42 ms,and the VA was 272.63±24.01 ms.The PD method measured AV as 109.30±7.73 ms,and the VA was 269.98±37.18 ms.The DTI method measured AV as 109.05±12.28 ms,and the VA was 270.01±36.38 ms.Fetal heart conduction time was positively correlated with gestational age and negatively correlated with fetal heart rate. Conclusion:Fetal pulmonary arteriovenous blood flow spectrum of Doppler synchronous recording method has a higher success rate of measurement, heart conduction time can quickly measure the fetus, has important clinical potential application value for quantitative analysis of fetal arrhythmia.
