Objective: To investigate the correlation between the distribution of TCM syndromes and laboratory indexes in infertile patients with dead sperm diseaseMethods: According to the investigation of small sample making clinical questionnaire, epidemiological investigation of necrospermia patients and the diagnostic data andlaboratory data corresponding to the preset necrospermia according to TCM syndrome diagnosis standard,401 cases of necrospermia patients with syndrome differentiation, and statistical analysis, analysis of the syndrome characteristics and distribution,do apreliminary study of the diagnosis and TCM syndrome differentiation of necrospermia type.Results:(1)In 401 cases of necrospermia patients with clinical syndromes, the frequency in descending order: kidney deficiency, accumulation of damp heat, kidney yang deficiency,qi stagnation and blood stasis,Yin Huo wang. The kidney deficiency in 118 cases, accounting for 29.42%,84 cases, heat accumulation accounted for 20.94%,71 cases of kidney yang deficiency,qi stagnation and blood stasis accounted for 17.70%,57 cases, accounting for14.21%,Yin Huo Wang in 40 cases, accounting for 9.97%,other disease type 31 cases, accounted for 7.73%.(2)Screening frequency > 10% 49 symptoms, with 49 symptoms as variables was analyzed, according to the characteristics of "greater than 1" principle,11 factors were extracted, factors of the cumulative variance contribution rate was 69.74%,69.74% and 49 that can contain the original symptoms of information.Factor 1 for kidney yang deficiency syndrome;factor 2 qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome;factor 3 is Yin deficiency and fire hyperactivity;factor 4 is deficiency of kidney qi.(3)In the questionnaire of the 401 cases, the factors influencing the survival rate of sperm were as follows: the factors such as overwork, smoking, drinking, emotional stimulation, trauma and other factors. The incidence of overwork in the kidney qi deficiency syndrome was the highest,50 cases, accounting for 42.37%;in the kidney yang deficiency syndrome in the case of 20 cases, accounting for 28.16%;Yin deficiency and fire hyperactivity syndrome in the case of 15,accounting for.The main causes for the emotional stimulation of qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome,20 cases, accounting for 35%,smoking and drinking, the main causes to the accumulation of damp heat syndrome, both occurred in 30 cases, accounting for 35.71%.(4)In 401 cases of necrospermia patients,Mycoplasma pneumoniae(Uu)infection rate was 24.68%(99/401),Mycoplasma(Mh)infection rate was 8.9%(36/401),Chlamydia trachomatis(CT)infection rate was 15.7%(63/401);the 5 syndromes, the infection frequency in descending order: heat accumulation in 80 cases.59 cases of kidney qi deficiency,qi stagnation and blood stasis in 36 cases,9 cases of kidney yang deficiency,Yin Huo Wang in 8 cases.(5)The semen analysis, the clinical significance of 1 * 106/ml is greater than the number of white blood cells in the semen,so the semen white blood cells greater than 1 x 106/ml was classified as abnormal results in different syndrome of abnormal white blood cells and the proportion of different,in which the accumulation of damp heat,qi stagnation and blood stasis and kidney deficiency have the type of deficiency of the highest frequency, respectively 55 cases accounted for 65.48%(55/84),32 cases accounted for 56.14%(32/57),65 cases accounted for 55.08%(65/118).(6)In the case of,the percentage of sperm DNA fragmentation(DFI)was less than 15%in all of the 208 cases, accounting for 51.87% of the patients, and the number of patients with 15% to 30% was less than 34.16%,accounting for more than 30% of the patients with a total of more than 56.(7)In 401 cases of necrospermia patients, seminal plasma zinc in seminal plasma biochemical examination in 90 cases with abnormal accounted for 22.44%,of which the low sperm zinc group had 74 cases, high seminal plasma zinc group had 16 cases,80 cases with abnormal semen fructose accounted for 19.95%,of which the low seminal fructose group had 72 cases, high there were 8 cases of seminal fructose, alpha glucosidase in seminal plasma abnormalities accounted for 135 cases accounted for 33.67%,high alpha glucosidase group occurred in 8 cases, low alpha glucosidase group occurred in 127 cases, seminal plasma elastase abnormalities accounted for 92 cases accounted for 22.94%.Acp abnormalities in 33 cases, accounting for 8.23%,of which 30 cases of high Acp group,3cases of low Acp group.(8)The results of sex hormone analysis showed that: in the six types of abnormal FSH,the frequency of the first 3 of the syndrome is followed by kidney yang deficiency, kidney qi deficiency of 33.23%,Qi and blood stasis,30.5%.,LH abnormalities, the frequency of the first 3 of the syndrome is Yin deficiency fire Wang, kidney yang deficiency,qi stagnation and blood stasis 42.81%,38.6%,respectively.T abnormal, the frequency of the first 3 of the syndrome is Yin deficiency fire Wang, kidney yang deficiency,qi stagnation and blood stasis 24.56%,18.31%.Conclusion:(1)In 401 cases of necrospermia infertility, kidney deficiency, kidney yang deficiency, damp heat accumulation is three main syndromes of necrospermia, obtained the load coefficient of each factor in the symptoms in the factor analysis, which shows the quantification of necrospermia bianzhengfenxing has objectivity and feasibility.Overwork, alcohol and alcohol consumption were the three most common causes of death in this study.Dump heat accumulation syndrome necrospermia and mycoplasma, chlamydia infection, semen white blood cells increased most closely related.(2)Necrospermia syndromes in serum FSH,LH,T and alpha glucosidase in seminal plasma, seminal plasma zinc and fructose in seminal plasma and seminal plasma elastase has obvious differences.
