ObjectiveTo understand the health status of the elderly woman Kua Tang Town,and put forward countermeasures to improve the quality of the elderly women's health.Subjects and Methods1.SampleThe elderly aged over 50 years,to participate in physical examination In 2014 and gynecological diseases census across Kua Tang Town.?2.Methods and stepsIn 2014 to participate in the elderly physical examination and gynecological diseases census across the pond town of older women over the age of 50,2200 for each to participate in physical objects using id log in a medical information system,each person has a separate bar code,adopt the unified computer checkup,have unified examination of specialized subject doctor,computer input each physical findings.From computer input of each physical examination index,using SQL SERVER database software to build database,input data,the data is the second entry is checked,the inconsistent data,according to the bar code to find the original data entry.With SPSS10.0 statistical package version for data processing,the main analysis method have?~2test,T test.ResultsBased on 2014 across town 2200 older women over the age of 50 elderly physical examination and gynecological diseases census report for analysis.Found that older women in different age groups across the Kua Tang town BMI,systolic pressure,diastolic blood pressure,hemoglobin measurement value,the difference was statistically significant in the four indicators;In blood glucose,creatinine,and uric acid in the three indicators difference was statistically significant,and there was no statistical difference in the determination of cholesterol and triglyceride values;In abnormal fasting blood sugar,high blood pressure,anemia,electrocardiogram(ecg),an abnormal routine chest X-ray detection rate difference was statistically significant,among them,the abnormal fasting glucose detection rate,detection rate of hypertension and abnormal ecg detection,regular chest X-ray detection rate were increased with the growth of the age and,in 80and older age groups detection rate reached 36.6%,58.0%,44.6%and 58.0%respectively;Rate of anemia in 50 to 59 years old age group is higher,the highest in 80years and older age groups,6.3%;Across the Kua Tang town of older women of different age groups in the liver,gallbladder,spleen,kidney anomaly detection rate differences were statistically significant,abnormal liver,bravery has the highest detection rate in 70-79 age group,were 72.0%,spleen anomaly detection rate at the age of 70-79 age group the highest detection rate,at 38.1%,renal anomaly detection rate is highest in 80 years and older age group,26.8%;Across the Kua Tang town of older women of different age groups in uterine fibroids,and pelvic inflammatory disease detection rate difference was statistically significant,uterine fibroids detection rate is highest in 50 to 59 years old age group,8.3%,pelvic inflammatory disease detected in80 and older age group is the highest,3.6%.Across town different abnormal body mass index of older women in fasting plasma glucose,high blood pressure,anemia,detection rate of abnormal ecg difference was statistically significant,among them,the abnormal fasting glucose and high blood pressure detection rate with the increasing of body mass index,both in obesity group had the highest detection rate of 34.5%and 51.8%respectively;Anemia,abnormal ecg detection rates are highest in the lean group,9.3%and 30.2%,respectively.Across town with different body mass index of older women in the liver,bravery,lienal anomaly detection rate difference was statistically significant,and the detection rate increased,with higher body mass index of both in obesity group and the highest detection rate,84.2%,84.2%and 35.9%respectively.ConclusionsOlder women of different age groups across the Kua Tang Town reproductive health problems,such as uterine fibroids,and pelvic inflammatory disease,high blood pressure and blood glucose abnormalities,anemia,general health problems such as abnormal ecg,need to strengthen the preventive care elderly women,for women's health management.
