In recent years,the analysis of surface electromyography(SEMG)signals has become a research hotspot in clinical diagnostics.In clinical studies,pain is an indicator of lumbar function characteristic in patients with low back pain,and is often evaluated by the scale.However,the degree of pain as a subjective feeling,and individual differences are likely to be affected by the external environment,so the use of scale assessment has certain defects.The surface electromyography signals can be used to objectively and quantitatively evaluate the lumbar muscles of Low Back Pain(LBP)and Lumbar disc herniation(LDH).This article first introduces the research background and significance of the SEMG signal,and the influencing factors of the EMG signal acquisition technology,and explained the generation and standardization of the signal,then the feature value extraction algorithms in the time domain,frequency domain and time-frequency domain are briefly described.Combined with the experimental collected SEMG signals,extracted Root Mean Square,Integrated EMG,Mean power frequency,Mean frequency,Wavelet packet energy and wavelet packet amplitude and other characteristics of EMG,SPSS software was used to statistically analyze the feature values of muscle signals collected during the experiment.Finally,the SEMG features of unilateral lumbar disc herniation and the SEMG signal processing in wavelet packet algorithm are highlighted.The main research content of this article is:(1)To explore the differences in the characteristics of surface EMG in patients with unilateral pain and lumbar disc herniation.There was a significant difference between the unilateral pain LDH group and the healthy group in various muscle variables,indicating that the RMS and MPF characteristic values of the SEMG signal of the lumbar spine muscle can be used as predictors of the risk of LDH patients,which has statistical significance.At the same time,the clinical research was combined with the commonly used Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)to evaluate the patient's subjective response through objective measurements.With the increase of subjective pain in patients with unilateral pain and lumbar disc herniation,the characteristics of EMG signals were decreased.The results demonstrate that the degree of pain in LDH patients affects lumbar and back muscle movements.(2)Using the band wavelet packet energy and reconstruction wavelet packet amplitude method to explore the characteristics of the subject's SEMG,the results have significant differences.At the same time,the wavelet packet algorithm eigenvalues were used for different groups.The differenceis more pronounced than using the RMS,IEMG,MF,and MPF eigenvalues.The completion of this project will help improve the doctor's precise judgment on the treatment effect of the patient and help improve the medical rehabilitation technology to the direction of precision medical treatment.
