Research On Regulatory Issues Of China's Prophylactic Second-vaccines Safety

Vaccines,as an important drug to prevent and prevent the spread of human infectious diseases,have an irreplaceable role.Government's regulation of vaccines safety concerns public welfare,the credibility of the government,and the stability and development of the whole society.China's vaccine safety supervision system has been certified by WHO for two times,indicating that the government's overall regulation of vaccine safety is scientific and effective.At present,the government's safety regulation of the first kind of vaccine is relatively standard,and the safety supervision of the second vaccines is generally better,but still faces some challenges.Especially in recent years,China occurred a spate of second types of vaccine adverse events,causing serious harm to people's health,also seriously affected the public security and the credibility of the government,exposed the deficiencies of our government safety regulation of the second type of vaccines.How to fully protect the public health and safety,ensure the safety and effectiveness of the vaccines,improve related laws and regulations to vaccine,to further promote the construction of vaccine safety supervision system,put forward higher requirements for China's second vaccine safety supervision.The subjects of this study are second vaccines,uses the literature research method,through manual retrieval,electronic retrieval and other means of vaccine safety supervision problems of second types of domestic foreign related research review,collection,and to classify.The literature which is consistent with the purpose of this study is summarized,sorted and analyzed,based on the theories of government regulation and government economics.from the government's view of the safety regulation of the second vaccines,demonstrates the need for the government to strengthen the safety regulation of the second vaccines,the development and improvement of China's vaccine safety supervision department and related laws and regulations are reviewed in detail,from the aspects of vaccine research and development,examination and approval,production and purchase,storage and circulation,vaccination and the identification and compensation of abnormal reaction,the whole situation of the safety supervision of the second kinds of vaccines was analyzed.By use cases analysis,taking the second kinds of vaccine harm events as the research angle of view,combined with the prevention and control of Dalianof Zhuanghe of the second categories of vaccine safety supervision status of social investigation as a realistic basis,trying to find out the commonality of second kinds of vaccine safety supervision and government failure,thispaper makes a comprehensive analysis of the current safety supervision system of second kinds of vaccines in China,by combing the supervision of all aspects of the problem,to put forward questions,analysis of the problem and solve the problem as the main line of proof,finally,the comparative analysis method is used to draw lessons from the experience of the developed countries of the United States,Germany and Japan,learn from the developed countries of the international vaccine safety supervision system,experience of the United States,Germany and Japan,put forward countermeasures and suggestions to the whole process of second kinds of vaccine safety supervision,and combine the actual development level of our country,second kinds of vaccine safety supervision theories and countermeasures are put forward in line with the level of economic development and technological development level in China,put forward feasible guidance suggestions,to improve the regulatory capacity of the second categories of vaccine safety,protect the health and life safety of the broad masses of the people e,and promote the construction and stability of harmonious society.Vaccine safety,drug safety is a matter of national public
