Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of core stability training in patients with lumbar disc herniation of early low back pain symtoms, and to study the effect of this method on lumbar pain and functional recovery induced by lumbar disc herniation, and to provide a feasible treatment for lumbar intervertebral disc herniation in early interventional therapy. Methods Sixty patients with lumbar disc herniation were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group,30 cases in each group. Two groups were both given conventional treatment, the treatment group was given core stability training based on the conventional treatment, training 5 times a week, each time 30 minutes, for 12 weeks. The two groups were used visual analogue scale before and after treatment, while evaluated clinical efficacy after treatment. The data obtained and analyzed for comparison. Results The visual analogue scores of the two groups were improved after treatment(P<0.05),and the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05).The therapeutic effect of the two groups was more significant than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Core stability training can effectively relieve lumbar disc herniation in patients with early low back pain symptoms, improve the quality of life of patients and has a certain clinical efficacy. |
