The Value Of Squamous Cell Carcinoma Antigen In The Prognosis Of Cervical Cancer

Objective: To evaluate the prognostic value of squamous cell-associated antigen SCC-Ag in cervical cancer,and to predict the prognosis of cervical cancer.Method: Two independent investigators searched the relevant website Pub Med,EMBASE,Science Direct,Cochrane Library,collected all the English literature on the correlation of SCC-Ag in the prognosis of cervical cancer,and evaluated the quality of the included literature according to the evaluation criteria.The heterogeneity,sensitivity andspecificity were measured by StataSE12.0 software.The value of SCC-Ag in the prognosis of cervical cancer was evaluated by HR value and 95% CIas effectors,and then draw a forest map and a funnel map.Result: A total of 14 articles were included in the literature,and the high expression of SCC-Ag and the poor prognosis of cervical cancer were statistically significant(HR=2.73,95%CI=1.48-5.05,P=0.001).The low expression of SCC-Ag was longer than the higher expression DFS(HR=2.17,95%CI=1.84-2.57,P<0.001).The poor prognosis of patients with high expression of SCC-Ag was worse(HR=2.68,95%CI=0.99-7.24,P=0.051).The included studies have significant heterogeneity in prognostic OS and its subgroup analysis(I2=93.1%,P<0.001),and there was no statistical heterogeneity in the prognostic DFS and its subgroup analysis(I2=23%,P=0.239).In the prognostic PFS analysis,there is a heterogeneity(I2=96%,P<0.001).Conclusion: The prognosis of cervical cancer is an important factor in the prognosis of cervical cancer.The high expression and prognosis of SCC-Ag is statistically significant and can be used as an independent predictor.
