Bioelectrical impedance measuring technology is a non-invasive detecting technique,through the change of electrical characters(impedance,phase,permittivity,etc.)in biological tissue and organ,which can obtain the biomedical information related to physiological and pathology conditions.This technology,with the characteristics of cheap,non-invasive,safe,convenient,rich information and innocuous,can detect the human heart,lung,brain and circulatory system.Therefore the application of the technology is broad.As the important physiological parameters,body fat rate and blood glucose index can be used to assess the health of human body.And they have very important guiding significance to the aspects of prevention and diagnosis of the disease,evaluation of treatment and so on.This paper studies the non-invasive detection technology of body fat rate and blood glucose index based on bio-impedance.The measuring system combines the integrated single-chip microcomputer system with high precision impedance measurement chip AD5933 and SVM algorithm,which is the best theory in the prediction with small number of sample.By using this system,we carry on some exploratory experiments on the non-invasive measurements of body fate rate and blood glucose.Major innovations include:(1)Development of impedance measuring system which had integrated a dedicated ADC in hardware and software;(2)Optimization of the best configuration of SVR was based on statistical regression equation;(3)Improvement of measuring accuracy of body fat rate hand ring changed from 16.04% to 4.38%;(4)Building body composition blood glucose model based on resistance and capacitance;(5)Mapping of Impedance-phase from blood glucose under chaotic excitation.In the validation experiments,the measurement system uses two contrast instruments,Omron body fat measuring instrument and Bayer blood glucose meter.To use SVM to gain high test accuracy for BFR.Especially,chaos based test focuses onWe provide the solution to improve the measuring accuracy of the hand ring with SVM algorithm.In view of the hard problem of blood glucose measurement,we try to use the new chaotic codec in the new sensing test.
