Objective 1?1.Investigate the serum levels of 1-2,5,dihydroxy vitamin D3(1-25(OH),2D3)(D)in patients with end-stage renal disease undergoing peritoneal dialysis.2.Investigate the relationship between vitamin D levels and inflammatory factors MCP-1,IL-6 and CRP in patients with end-stage renal disease and peritoneal dialysis. Methods 1.From September 2015 to September 2016 were randomly selected from the Hunan People's Hospital nephrology in end-stage renal disease patients with peritoneal dialysis in 70 cases for the experimental subjects(excluding patients with peritoneal infection, antibiotics, diabetes, hepatitis, cancer, autoimmune dysfunction, etc.Drugs that have an immediate effect on autoimmune function are excluded.Venous blood samples were collected and vitamin D was detected and isolated. The remaining serum was stored in a-80 temperature refrigerator, and the levels of inflammatory factors MCP-1,IL-6 and CRP were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)in three groups.According to the standard, the detected vitamin D content was divided into two groups, that is vitamin D normal group(VitD>30ng/L)and vitamin D deficiency group(VitD<30ng/L)(According to the 2011 International Endocrine Society guidelines for the prevention and treatment of vitamin D deficiency,3 were deficient in vitamin D,and have been eliminated).2.To investigate the relationship between vitamin D levels and inflammatory cytokines MCP-1,IL-6,and CRP,in peritoneal dialysis patients. Results 1.A total of 70 patients with peritoneal dialysis were included in this study.According to the vitamin D level before peritoneal dialysis, they were divided into two groups,of which the normal group of vitamin D accounted for 37.1%,and the group of vitamin D deficiency was62.9%.The difference between the normal vitamin D group and the vitamin D deficiency group was statistically significant(P<0.05).2,IL-6,CRP content, vitamin D in the normal group was lower than the vitamin D deficiency group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the MCP-1 vitamin D normal group and the vitamin D deficiency group were not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion Most of the patients with end-stage renal disease have vitamin D deficiency.2,IL-6 and CRP in patients with end-stage renal disease were negatively correlated with vitamin D levels, and no correlation with MCP-1.
