Research To The Influential Factors Of Acceptance Of Parents To The Category Ⅱ Vaccines In Zhejiang Province

Objective:Category Ⅰ vaccine is a child vaccine that is provided by the government free of charge within the scope of the national immunization program and citizens should be vaccinated as planned.Category Ⅱ vaccines is outside the immunization program,which is voluntary and voluntary.With the increase in vaccine development and production,the vaccine market is increasingly abundant,and the Ⅱ vaccine,as a supplement or limited replacement for I vaccines,plays an important role in controlling the corresponding infectious diseases and meeting the needs of different populations.At present,the use of vaccines in the regions of Zhejiang Province is different.The hepatitis B vaccine event has a great impact on the vaccination rate of children in Zhejiang province.In some areas,the vaccination rate of the Ⅱ vaccine has dropped sharply,and the immune barrier of the population needs to be consolidated and strengthened.In this study,two cross-sectional surveys were conducted in two counties of Zhejiang Province to explore the factors influencing the acceptance of the Ⅱ vaccine and the reasons for their existence.We conducted a questionnaire survey of some health care system staff to understand the difficulties and problems in the implementation of the Ⅱ vaccination at the primary prevention and outpatient department,to explain the cause of the problem and put forward feasible solutions or suggestions.Methods:In this study,six vaccination sites were selected from two counties in Zhejiang Province by using a typical sampling method.Parents of children who were eligible for inoculation were asked to meet the needs of children’s Ⅱ vaccination,knowledge of related knowledge and vaccination service.The factors influencing the acceptance of the Ⅱ vaccination were analyzed by multivariate logistic regression analysis.We conducted interviews with the local community health service center staff and the leaders,the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention,and the leaders in charge of the prevention of outpatient clinics.Based on the interview,we analyzed the problems faced by primary prevention clinics in promoting the Ⅱ vaccines.Results:In this study,a total of 1,869 children were investigated,including 1038 in Tongxiang County and 831 in Wuyi County.Parents of children aged 80.2%(1499/1869)expressed willingness to vaccinate their children,including 80.7%(838/1038)in Tongxiang and 79.5%(661/831)in Wuyi County.A logistic regression analysis was applied.It indicated that Children’s household registration for the non-city,Focus on ratio were 0.777,0.530,1.307,2.076 and 1.673.Their corresponding 95%CIs were(0.626,0.965),(0.336,0.835),(1.019,1.676),(1.676,2.547),(1.099,2.547).After a separate analysis of the data in the two counties,It indicated that Parents in Tongxiang know that two kinds of vaccines can prevent diseases such as influenza,and know the main differences between the first and second vaccines,the time of vaccination service,and the convenience of vaccination were statistically significant P<=0.05,odds ratio were 2.401,1.261,2.397.Their corresponding 95%CIs were(1.826,3.157),(1.099,1.446),(1.403,4.098).It indicated that Parents in Tongxiang know that two kinds of vaccines can prevent diseases such as influenza,and know the main differences between the first and second vaccines,the time of vaccination service,and the convenience of vaccination were statistically significant P<=0.05,odds ratio were 2.401,1.261,2.397.Their corresponding 95%CIs were(1.826,3.157),(1.099,1.446),(1.403,4.098).Wuyi county children’s household registration for the city itself,received the vaccination staff informed,know that two kinds of vaccine can prevent varicella,influenza and other diseases,the work of vaccination staff satisfaction were statistically significant P<=0.05,odds ratio were 0.381,1.352,1.947,1.616.Their corresponding 95%CIs were(0.173,0.837),(1.055,1.718),(1.367,2.771),(1.083,2.410).Parents know that two types of vaccine can prevent influenza and other diseases,Tongxiang and Wuyi affect the two categories of vaccine acceptance of common factors.Through interviews with health care system staff,it was found that the current business units had insufficient publicity for the II vaccines.The supervisors of the higher-level departments had to improve the training of the second-class staff in the Ⅱ vaccines.Conclusion and Recommendation:Most parents accept the attitude that children will receive Ⅱ vaccines.Children’s household non city will reduce the acceptance of children in Ⅱ vaccine,vaccination information,concerned parents know the Ⅱvaccine acceptability to prevent influenza and other diseases,vaccination Business Hours convenient inoculation will enhance children in Ⅱ vaccine.The propaganda and training of Ⅱ vaccines are insufficient,and the separation of medical treatment and prevention is serious.The relevant departments should strengthen the grass-roots vaccination staff on Ⅱ vaccine health education support,strengthen the grass-roots staff of Ⅱ vaccine training work,maintain effective communication between clinicians and public health doctors.The above recommendations can facilitate the promotion of vaccination clinics for the Ⅱ category of vaccines.
