ObjectiveAccording to the imaging and pathological data of glioma in our hospital,we analyzed the location and lateralization of glioma,and the correlation between molecular markers and the survival time of patients.MethodsCollects the glioma cases from 2012 to 2017 in our hospital.Firstly,transform the preoperative image data into NII format,registration to MNI standard brain coordinates,using MRIcroN software to define the range of tumor,glioma image rendering based on voxel.According to the pathological classification,location of different types of tumor image rendering.Determination of TERT gene promoter and IDH gene mutations by Sanger sequencing method,and by using the sequencing results of PCR fluorescence probe,using fluorescence in situ hybridization(FISH)to determine whether there is a total lack of chromosome lpl9q and EGFR gene amplification.The rest of the molecular markers were immunohistochemical results of pathology.Using SPSS 16 software to do patient survival analysis and correlation analysis of different variables.ResultThe distribution of gliomas with different pathological types is different in the brain.Gliomas with oligodendrocyte components tend to be distributed in the frontal lobe,whereas the distribution of astrocytic gliomas is relatively average.The distribution of glioma with different cell components in the brain tends to be biased.For insular astrocytomas,WHO grade II tends to be distributed on the right side,and WHO grade ? tends to be distributed on the left.Some tumors with molecular markers also tend to have inhomogeneous distribution and laterality.TERT promoter methylation has two of the most common forms of C228T and C250T,and C250T may correspond to low-grade malignant gliomas that are prone to malignancy.ConclusionThe distribution of glioma in different pathological types is different;The distribution of glioma with different cell components in the brain tends to be biased;Some molecular markers of tumors also tend to have inhomogeneous distribution and laterality;The different types of methylation of TERT promoter may not be classified in WHO classfication.
