Purpose:According to the existence of growth hormone deficiency(GHD)for measuring children's pituitary MRI level of pituitary level GHD in children with growth hormone(GH)excitation peak relationship,provide a reference for the diagnosis and treatment of children with growth hormone deficiency.Method:Randomly selected because of short stature patients diagnosed with GHD children 46 cases for the observation group,the other selected physical examination in our hospital and 30 healthy children as control group,the two groups of children underwent pituitary MRI detection,measurement of the children of the two groups of pituitary MRI level,the analysis of the pituitary MRI measurement the value of the relationship between the level of growth hormone and growth hormone excitation peak.Result:(1)With the control group,more than 10 children aged 7-10 years old children,the observation group compared to children over the age of 10,the observation group is less than or equal to 6 year old children of the coronary.(2)Compared with the control group of the same sex and age,the height,sagittal diameter and sagittal height of the children in the observation group were decreased significantly,P < 0.05,which was statistically significant.(3)Compared with the control group,the growth hormone stimulated peak value of children in the observation group was significantly lower than that of the same sex children in the observation group,P < 0.05,which was statistically significant.(4)MRI pituitary growth hormone deficiency in children with coronary high diameter and sagittal diameter were high and the growth hormone excitation peak was positively correlated with coronary diameter and high,growth hormone excitation peak highest correlation,P < 0.05,with statistical significance.Conclusion:(1)MRI is of high value in the diagnosis of children with growth hormone deficiency;(2)Pituitary growth hormone deficiency in children with high MRI coronary diameter and sagittal diameter of pituitary MRI were high in children with normal coronary diameter and sagittal diameter of high high level there is a big difference,and the level of growth hormone level and their children showed a positive correlation,shows that the tube shaped GHD pituitary height to diameter can reflect the secretion of individual GH,therefore in the clinical diagnosis on GHD patients,according to the level of MRI in patients with pituitary adenomas were diagnosed,treatment plan more effective.
