Capecitabine Metronomic Chemotherapy With SIB-IMRT Clinical Observation Of Non-operative Esophageal Cancer

Objective To observe the efficacy and side effects of capecitabine metronomic chemotherapy with SIB-IMRT clinical observation of non-operative esophageal cancer.Methods Methods Retrospective analysis of 104 patients with stage I-III,non-operative esophageal cancer 2013.01-2014.02 concurrent chemoradiotherapy was performed.The patients were divided into two groups according to different chemotherapy options.The observation group received low dose single dose capecitabine(600mg / m2,bid,q28 d,4 cycles).The control group selected the PF regimen(5-Fu 1g / m2,d1-4,DDP 75 mg / m2,d1,q28 d,4 cycles).PF regimen is the most widely studied and widely used chemotherapy regimen in esophageal cancer.Both groups received SIB-IMRT,PGTV60.2Gy / 28 f,PTV50.4Gy / 28f;Two groups according to the reaction after radiotherapy and chemotherapy given 1 ^ 2 cycle of the original program chemotherapy.For patients with recurrence or metastasis,they were adjusted to paclitaxel and platinum chemotherapy.The curative effect and toxicity of the two groups were observed.Results In terms of efficacy,(ORR)observation group 90.7%,control group 78.0%(P> 0.05),(DCR)observation group 94.4%,control group84%(P < 0.05).The overall survival rates were 1,2,and 3 years in the observation group,respectively85.1%?68.5%?55.5%,The control group were78.0%,58.0%,36.0%.Side effects.Toxicity of the observation group,bone marrow toxicity,gastrointestinal toxicity,radiation esophagitis,renal toxicity,hand foot syndrome,radiation pneumonitis,esophageal stenosis and esophageal perforation were lower than the control group,two groups of differences(P < 0.05).The tolerance of concurrent chemotherapy and radiotherapy in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group.Conclusion When combined with intensity-modulated radiotherapy in the treatment of non-surgical esophageal cancer,The effect of single agent capecitabine chemotherapy was better than that of PF chemotherapy group,and adverse reactions were lighter than the control group,well tolerated.
