The Treatment Of Chronic Kidney Disease & The Influence Of Serum/Urine Macrophage Migration Inhibitory Factor By Yishenhuoxuexiezhuo Decoction

Objective: To research serum/urine macrophage migration inhibitory factor(MIF)expression in chronic kidney disease(CKD)patients,To analysis the relationship of serum/urine MIF ? kidney function and urinary protein;At the same time,we treat the CKD patient with Chinese Herbs of Yishenhuoxuexiezhuo decoction combined with general medicine,and then observeing the serum/urine MIF levels and serum creatinine(Scr),creatinine clearance(Ccr)24 hours urinary protein(UTP)before and after the treatment,Finally,we discuss the mechanism of Yishenhuoxuexiezhuo decoction.Methods: According to the chronic kidney disease diagnostic criteria,select 60 patients with diagnosis of stage of CKD2-4,The primary disease are chronic glomerulonephritis,40 cases of them were confirmed by kidney biopsy,in accordance with TCM syndrome type “pishenliangxu,shizhuoyuzu”.Using enzyme-linked immunoassay(ELISA)determination of 60 patients and 10 cases of healthy blood and urine MIF level,To analysis the relationship of 24 hours urinary protein,serum creatinine(Scr),endogenous creatinine clearance rate(Ccr).At the same time,according to the different pathological types in patients with 40 underwent renal biopsy with urine MIF correlation analysis.Then 60 patients with chronic kidney disease(CKD)were randomly divided into two groups.one group of 30 cases were routinely treated with general medicine,the other group were added with Yishenhuoxuexiezhuo decoction.All of them were treated for three months.after testing the treatment of MIF,UTP,Ccr,Scr,ALT,AST,ALB,and other indicators.Results:(1)compared with the healthy physical examination,60 patients with chronic kidney disease(CKD)serum/urine MIF levels were significantly elevated,Mesangial proliferative glomerulonephritis,IgA nephropathy patients with urinary MIF levels significantly,statistically significant difference(P < 0.05);(2)urine MIF levels for patients with chronic kidney disease(CKD)with UTP into positive correlation(P < 0.01);(3)in the two groups after treatment,the treatment group total effective rate and syndrome integral significantly better than control group,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05);(4)in the two groups after treatment in patients with serum/urine MIF,UTP,Scr and other index declined,the Ccr increases,the treatment group was more obvious(P < 0.05);(5)security index of liver function(ALT,AST,ALB)comparing the two groups has no statistical significance(P > 0.05).Conclusion:(1)In patients with chronic kidney disease(CKD)serum/urine MIF expression is higher than normal,serum/urine MIF can be used as kidney disease becomes one of the detection index.(2)Urine MIF expression level reaction kidney pathological lesions,especially the mesangial proliferation and interstitial inflammatory cell infiltration.(3)Urine MIF can response the degree of proteinuria,closely associated with chronic kidney disease progression of.(4)Yishenhuoxuexiezhuo decoction reduce serum/urine MIF expression level,reduce proteinuria,improving renal function indexes,slow progress in renal function,clinical is safe and effective.
