The Clical Comparative Study Of Different Doses Of Progynova With Hysteroscopy In The Treatment Of Intrauterine Adhesions

Object:IUD,oral estrogen or artificial cycle,balloon catheter dilatation,bioplastics,amniotic membrane transplantation,fibroscopic hysteroscopy blunt separation and so on.But for the treatment of oral estrogen to prevent postoperative adhesions,and the application of estrogen dose,treatment is still controversial,and did not reach a unified view.In this study,we analyzed the clinical analysis of the efficacy of different doses of Bu Jia Le estradiol valerate combined with hysteroscopy in the treatment of intrauterine adhesions,and discussed the effective method to improve the curative effect and prevent postoperative adhesions as a reference for clinical treatment.Methods: A total of 120 patients with intrauterine adhesions who were treated in our hospital from January 2015 to January 2017 were enrolled in this study.All patients underwent hysteroscopy to confirm the diagnosis and sign informed consent.All patients were treated with hysteroscopy and treated with antibiotics to prevent infection.The patients were randomly divided into three groups: Bu Jia Le 2mg,4mg,6mg oral treatment.To observe the postoperative menstrual recovery,before and after treatment of uterine re-adhesion score,treatment efficacy and adverse reactions occur.SPSS17.0 statistical software analysis,numerical variables using t test analysis,categorical data using chi-square test hypothesis test to p <0.05 that the difference was statistically significant.Results:There were no significant differences in the age,the mean number of intrauterine operation and the average degree of intrauterine adhesions in different dose groups.The results showed that there were no significant differences among the three groups(p> 0.05),suggesting that there were comparable.The scores of intrauterine adhesions were significantly lower than those before treatment(P <0.05).The difference of the 6mg group was significantly higher than that of the 2mg group and the 4mg group(P <0.05).The total effective rate of the 4mg group was higher than the 2mg group,but the difference between the groups was not significant(p> 0.05),the difference was not statistically significant.The total effective rate was 82.5%,87.5% and 97.5% respectively.The total effective rate of the 6mg group was better than that of 2mg group,4mg group,(P <0.05),but there was no significant difference between the 2mg group and the 4mg group(p> 0.05)All patients before and after treatment of blood,liver and kidney function and ECG were no significant abnormalities.During the course of treatment,there was no drug allergy,gastrointestinal and other adverse reactions,patients with medication compliance is better.Bu Jia Le 6mg group 1 case of re-adhesion,make good music 4mg 5 cases of postoperative adhesions again,Bu Jia Le 2mg 7 cases of postoperative adhesions again.In conclusion1.Oral supplement Bu Jia Le can prevent postoperative adhesions;2.Large doses of Bu Jia Le for patients with intrauterine adhesions menstrual recovery,intrauterine adhesions score and efficacy and other effects better.
