The Operation Opportunity Of Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy For Patients With Acute Gallstone Cholecystitis

Objective:To explore the operation opportunity of Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy(LC)for patients with acute gallstone cholecysthis.Methods:188 patients with acute gallstonecholecystitis who underwent Laparoscopic cholecystectomy in our hospital from January 2013 to December2016 were divided into three groups:early group(time of onset ?72h,n=68),delay group(72h~2w,n=31)andelective group(4W or above,n=89).The operation time,intraoperative blood loss,conversion rate to laparotomy,postoperative hospital stay and postoperative complications of the three groups were recorded and statistically analyzed.Result: There was no significant difference in operation time,intraoperative blood loss,conversion rate to laparotomy,postoperative hospital stay and postoperative complications between early and elective group.All of the observed indicators in delayed group were significantly greater than early group and elective group(p < 0.05).Conclusion:LC is an effective method for the treatment of acute calculous cholecystitis.The effect and prognosis of early LC(within 72 h from onset of disease)are as similar as elective LC.The acute calculous cholecystitis over 72 h should undergo LC as early as possible.The operation should be more carefully because of more perioperative complications.
