Hypertension as a common chronic disease,has become a major threat to cardiovascular and cerebrovascular disease factors,including stroke,myocardial infarction,heart failure and chronic kidney disease and other series of complications.According to the report in recent years,the control and treatment rate of patients with hypertension in China is low.How to improve the control rate of hypertension prevention and treatment rate has become a hot topic,and has considerable research value.Fortunately,with the advent of large data age,large data analysis provides a new way to solve many medical problems and change the way some disease is diagnosed.The multifunctional portable blood pressure monitor designed by Suzhou key laboratory of intelligent health management and information engineering technology,transmits the patient's blood pressure records to the mobile terminal and cloud health monitoring center through the Bluetooth technology.The data mining analysis using the data collected by the sphygmomanometer,has important research value.In view of the imperative situation of high blood pressure control rate and treatment rate,this paper analyzes the current situation of hypertension and the large data mining technology,and designs the analysis system of hypertension treatment effect.The main work is as follows:According to the data characteristics of diagnosis records of hypertensive patients,a case database of hypertensive patients based on Hbase database was designed,which provided fast retrieval ability for large-scale data modeling and retrieval.Based on the case database,the recommendation model of hypertension recommendation and curative effect was designed.The system uses a random forest classification algorithm to classify the case database of hypertensive patients,and use the classification results of the source case as the recommended drug.At the same time,the system uses case-based reasoning to find target cases close to the source case,to predict the outcome of the patient.The analysis system of hypertension treatment effect based on SSH(Struts + Spring + Hibernate)network framework is realized,including the user management module,the case management module of hypertensive patients,the model of hypertension treatment effect analysis module and the treatment module of hypertension treatment.The key functions of the system are tested,which shows that the system has the ability of massive data storage and can carry out large-scale classification modeling and operation.Through this system,users can upload high blood pressure case data to carry out efficacy analysis and the implementation of drug recommendation and other functions.
