Clinical Observation Of Jianpi Glad White Powder In The Treatment Of Spleen Deficiency Wefness Type Chloasma

Purpose: Under the guidance of traditional Chinese medicine theory,through the clinical treatment effect observation about Jianpi glad white powder,to further investigate the curative effect in the theory of replenishing qi to invigorate the spleen and eliminating dampness and spot,to prove its safety and effectiveness.Method: From January 2016 to December 2016,there are 60 cases of spleen deficiency wefness type chloasma patients who to hospitle were divided into treatment group and control group,30 cases of patients were treated with Jianpi glad white powder(dangshen,astragalus,poria,atractylodes,tangerine peel,polygonatum,fried barley,yam,angelica,danshen,flos albiziae,medlar),two times a day,take with 120 ml warm water,morning and evening two doses of drug.30 cases of patients in the control group were given shenlingbaizhu powder(ginseng,poria,atractylodes,chinese yam,white lentils,lotus seed,coix seed,amomum villosum,campanulaceae,licorice)to treatment,one bag a time,take with 120 ml warm water,morning and evening two doses of drug.Result:30 cases of patients in the treatment group,9 patients were cured,12 patients were markedly effective,5 cases improved,4 cases ineffective,the total effective rate was 86.66%;30 cases of control group patients,4 patients were cured,7 patients were markedly effective,8 cases improved,11 cases ineffective,the total the efficiency is 63.33%.The total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group,there was significant difference(P<0.05),with statistical significance.Conclusion:Jianpi glad white powder treatment of spleen deficiency wefness type chloasma patients safe and effective,it is worth to promote the use of clinical.
