The Analysis Of Effect Of Furosemide In The Treatment Of Infants With Congestive Heart Failure In A 3A Hospital In Qiqihar City

Objective:This article collects 302 Infants with heart failure at pediatric ward of one 3A hospital of Qigihar City from January 2009 to 2017,May.Analysis Relative index and data and reflect the efficacy of heart failure in infants.Obtain the optimal dose of furosemide in the treatment of infants with heart failure and the best way.This dose and manner can not only cure effectively,but also achieve the target effect and alleviate the symptoms of heart failure,but also can not cause diuretic resistance and make the side effects were minimal.To provide theoretical basis and reference for the treatment of pediatric heart failure in the future.Method:1.With the methods a retrospective study,302 cases were extracted from Medical record inquiry system in one 3A hospital of Qiqihar City.Analysis diversification according to change of age,sex,weight,diagnosis and The number of hospital days,renal function,urea nitrogen,creatinine,blood ion,potassium,sodium,chloride treatment before and after the value and the value of myocardial enzymes and the time of heart failure correction and the side effects of tinnitus and deafness.Collect,sort out and analyze statistically above data.2.EpiData software was used to build the database and SPSS21.0 statistical software was used to organize and analyze the data.The continuous variables are in accordance with the normal distribution and are represented by Mean analysis,otherwise with the Median representation;The categorical variable is Use case number Description.continuous variables were analyzed by Single factor analysis of variance or Kruskal-Wallis test,The categorical variables were checked by Chi square test or Fisher exact probability method.Before and after treatment,the indicators were consistent with the normal distribution of the continuous variables,using repeated measures ANOVA,and the continuous variables which were not consistent with the normal distribution were tested by Kruskal-Wallis;The categorical variables were checked by chi square test or Fisher exact probability method.The level of alpha =0.05 was statistically significant.Result:The urine volume of Cedilanid and furosemide infusion group More than cedilanid and furosemide intravenous injection group and cedilanid group after 24,48,72 hours treatment(P<0.001).On the use of time,the number of correct time,heart failure,sputum suction,hospitalization time,presence of tinnitus and deafness,cedilanid plus furosemide infusion group pisidie Portland intravenous injection group and cedilanid group was significantly reduced(P<0.05).Before treatment,blood K,blood Na,blood CL,urea nitrogen,creatinine,heart rate,respiratory changes,liver size,oxygen uptake time and blood oxygen saturation were not different before and after treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion:The infants in the treatment of heart failure,cedilanid and furosemide intravenous group was significantly better than cedilanid and furosemide intravenous injection group and cedilanid group;on the treatment of heart failure combined with cedilanid,furosemide treatment is superior to simple Cediland treatment.
