Objective: The new generation of employees in enterprises group is a special social group,is an important reserve personnel in our country in the next generation of productivity,the health literacy is directly related to their health,but also related to the healthy development of family and society.In this study,through the survey of health literacy status of the new generation of employees in enterprises group,the research group on health knowledge,health awareness and skill mastery,healthy lifestyle and behavior with the situation;investigate the influence factors of health literacy;and aiming at the existing problems,to explore how to improve the health literacy of the population and the way way,in order to improve the enterprise the new generation of group health literacy puts forward some constructive suggestions.Methods: The article adopts the methods of literature research,group discussion and questionnaire,First collect,analyze and sort out a large number of relevant literature at home and abroad,summarize the existing research results,and analyze the shortcomings of existing research,in order to put forward the research questions and establish a theoretical framework.In this paper,using self-designed questionnaire,the new generation employees take random sampling,cluster sampling and comprehensive research method of combining the analysis of China's new generation staff the present situation of health literacy,a total of 1000 questionnaires,among them,the invalid 11 questionnaires,invalid questionnaire at a rate of 1.1%;Effective questionnaire 989,effective recovery rate was 98.9%.To collect data mining spss19.0 entry,sorting and analysis software,measurement data,using percentage composition ratio influence factors using multiple linear regression analysis,application is compared between group ? squared,with P?0.05 or less for the difference was statistically significant.Also in this paper,by using a panel discussion.Makes a discussion of typical related domain experts from different angles to grasp the enterprise new generation employees health literacy status and related factors analysis.Significance: Through the review of related literature,found that China staff health literacy level is low,and as an important human resource for next generation of social development of the new generation of employees,their health and health literacy directly affects the future development of the country,therefore,the study on the new generation of employees' health literacy and health becomes imperative.In this study,the new generation of garment factory staff in Hebei province Baoding city of Rongcheng as the research object,through the subject of the present stage of health literacy of the new generation of employees of the status of the investigation,statistics and analysis,understand the main factors affecting the health literacy of the new generation of employees in enterprises,also called for more people to the new generation of employees' health cause attention,strengthen the new generation employees healthy self consciousness,provide the basis for how to improve the health literacy level of the new generation of employees,thereby enhancing the new generation employees themselves And family as well as the health literacy level of the whole society.Results: 1.According to the survey,according to the results of baoding Rongcheng clothing factory enterprise new generation employees overall score is low health literacy,in 989 cases of samples,the number of health literacy level is only 36 people,accounting for 3.7% of the total number of samples.Among them,the basic knowledge of health literacy for the number of 231 people,accounting for 23.4% of the total number of samples,the number of people have a healthy lifestyle and behavior quality for 192 people,accounting for 19.4% of the total number of samples,the number of health basic skills literacy for 281 people,accounting for 28.4% of the total number of samples.2.A new enterprise employee health literacy scores by the single factor analysis showed that the influence factors of health literacy: gender,residence,education level,marital status,position,work pressure,monthly income;including the influence factors of the new generation employees health basic knowledge level: gender,residence,marital status,position,education,work pressure,including income;influence factors of the new generation of employees healthy living and behavior level: gender,culture degree;and the main factors affecting the new generation of employees influence population health level of basic skills include: gender,residence,marital status,education level.3.Based on the new generation of health literacy and compared two correlations between three dimensions,health literacy,and have positive correlations between three dimensions of literacy(P<0.001).Health skills with three dimensions of correlation,the correlation of basic knowledge of health literacy and health score score best R = 0.741,(P < 0.001),health literacy scores and the correlation of a healthy lifestyle and behavior score for R = 0.564,(P < 0.001),score of health literacy and health skill score of correlation R = 0.474,(P < 0.001).And in the relationship between the three dimensions of health literacy,three of correlation dimension were lower,health knowledge scores and the correlation of a healthy lifestyle and behavior score the highest for R = 0.198(P < 0.001),health knowledge scores and skills,the correlation of the lowest scores for R = 0.022(P < 0.001).Conclusion: 1.Through the analysis of the survey data,found that influence new generation employee health literacy level of the main factors include: gender,marital status,place of residence,record of formal schooling,position,job stress,monthly income;Can affect the health of new generation employees basic knowledge level of main influence factors include gender,marital status,place of residence,office,cultural degree,working pressure,income;Affect the level of new generation employees a healthy lifestyle and behavior of the main influence factors include gender,culture degree;And affected Cenozoic group employees health basic skills of the main factors include: residence,marital status,educational level.2.The enterprise new employees of the overall level of health literacy is low,the lack of their own health consciousness;The health knowledge,health life style and behavior,the basic skills of the master degree of generally low,and the understanding of a healthy lifestyle and behavior of the most worrying.3.Measures to improve the health literacy level of new generation employees:(1 To strengthen the construction of health literacy on vulnerable groups of the new generation of employees;(2)personal Suggestions: improve the health consciousness of the new generation employees,increasing physical exercise;Strengthen the new generation employees know of health related knowledge and information;To strengthen the health to the meaning of knowledge and skills to ensure health;Strengthen the new generation of employees to
