Clinical Observation On Treatment Of Atherosclerotic Cerebral Infarction With Combination Of Ginkgolide And Pitavastatin

Objective: We studied the clinical effect of ginkgolide combined with pitavastatin in the treatment of atherosclerotic cerebral infarction and explore its mechanism of action.Methods: According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,122 patients from Department of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine;Affiliated Hospital of Hebei University,with atherosclerotic cerebral infarction were selected and randomly divided into treatment group(n = 62)and control group(n = 60).Two groups of patients were treated with conventional treatment after admission,the treatment group on the basis of routine treatment with ginkgolide 20 mg 1/ day.The two groups were treated with PT,APTT,INR,TC,TG,LPa,LDL-C,HCY and IMT after treatment,at the same time,the recovery of neurological function and the changes of TCM syndrome score and quality of life of the two groups after treatment was compared,and the two groups of patients were analyzed using statistical analysis,comprehensive comparison.Results: According to the two groups of patients after treatment NIHSS score and TCM syndrome integral and Barthel score comparison,the difference was statistically significant,clinical symptoms and quality of life improved,and the treatment group was better than the control group;From the test indicators in terms of two groups after treatment in patients with IMT,PT,APTT,INR,TC,TG,LDL-C,HCY were improved,the efficacy of the treatment group is more significant;for the treatment of LPa,effect of two groups of patients are not clear,no statistically significant differences before and after the treatment,treatment the effect is not obvious.Conclusion: Ginkgolides can specifically antagonize platelet activating factor receptor activity,inhibition of platelet aggregation,with blood stasis,soothing effect,so as to promote the absorption of blood stasis and improve intracranial ischemia and hypoxia,inhibition of thrombus formation.In the experiment,Ginkgolide is effective in improving the impairment of neurological function,TCM syndrome,quality of life,IMT,blood lipid,blood coagulation and homocysteine in patients with atherosclerotic cerebral infarction,which can effectively improve the life of patients and delay the recurrence.
