Chitosan is a biopolymer with choiceness capability. It has the advantages of non-toxicity,biocompatibility,biodegradability and it is an excellent material for preparing hydrogel. This experiment used thiolated chitosan. It maintains the excellent physical and chemical properties of chitosan and easy to form a hydrogel by physical crosslinking and chemical crosslinking.Hydrogels have been widely used in biology and medicine because of their excellent properties. At the same time, liposomes have been widely used as an excellent drug carrier. The combination of the two materials not only improves the biocompatibility of the hydrogel, but also enhances the stability of the liposomes. The adipose derived stem cells, which are widely used in tissue engineering, attracted much attention because of their wide source and high differentiation potential. The study used type ? collagenase to digest adipose tissue and purification. We achieved adipose derived stem cells which match the standards. The chitosan hydrogel was prepared by the addition of thiolated chitosan to ?-GP,and the liposome was coated with thiolated chitosan to form a stable liposome, and the two groups were cross-linked to form liposome hydrogel. The cytotoxicity and the biocompatibility of materials were tested by MTT method and direct contact between materials and cells. The results showed that the hydrogel extract had almost no cytotoxicity in long-term culture and the direct contact between hydrogel and material can change cell morphology. The fluorescence observed that with liposomes increased the content of hydrogel biocompatibility is also enhanced. The results showed that liposome hydrogel could be used as a good scaffold material.
