Zheng Qinan’s Inheritance And Development Of The Academic Thought Of Spleen And Stomach In Shanghan Lun

In the long history of China,dynasties change,changing circumstances,Chinese medicine has maintained a fresh vitality,continues to this day,dependent on the heritage.Since the "Huang Di Nei Jing" to lay the basis of traditional Chinese medicine theory,Zhongjing to create a precedent for syndrome differentiation,there have been doctors inherited their predecessors,but also to supplement the development and inspire future thinking,Zheng Qinan is one of them.Zheng as the Qing Dynasty famous typhoid scholar,have a deep study on the "Shanghan Lun".In particular,in the spleen and stomach,he inherits the "Shanghan Lun" academic thought on the spleen and stomach,combined with other doctors’ doctrine,the formation of a unique thought about the spleen and stomach concerning " nature and nurture interdependence,acquired the key lies in the spleen and stomach",have a greater impact on future generations.This topic through the collation and comparative analysis of the relevant TCM literature,to “Shanghan Lun” and Zheng’s three medical books as the main research object,and combined with "Huangdi Neijing","The Book of Changes","Shanghan Qianzhu" and other medical books,is divided into four parts the in-depth study of Zheng Qinan inheritance and development of “Shanghan Lun”spleen and stomach theory.In the first part,give a brief introduction to Zheng Qinan’s life and his writings,and to understand the background of his academic thoughts.The second part,to study the spleen and stomach academic thought of Zhang Zhongjing’s Shanghan Lun,from diseases of the six meridians’ s etiology and pathogenesis,pulse syndrome,treatment,prognosis metastasis,nursing and other aspects of the "Shanghan Lun" in the spleen and stomach academic system summarized.The third part,through the study of the origin,specific contents and clinical application of Zheng’s academic thought of Spleen and Stomach,the comprehensive understanding of its spleen and stomach academic thoughts.Zheng based on the theory of studies of the Book of Changes,and combined with the "Huangdi Neijing","Shanghan Lun" and theories of other physicians,put forward the thought about the spleen and stomach concerning“nature and nurture interdependence,acquired the key lies in the spleen and stomach”,the treatment will focus on the spleen and stomach in the stomach,and attention to regulate and reinforce the spleen and stomach of the yin and yang.The fourth part,Zheng Qinan’s inheritance and development of the academic thought of the spleen and stomach in "Shanghan Lun".From the theory,legislation,prescription,medicine,nursing and prognosis,to explore the development of Zheng ’s academic thought of Spleen and Stomach on "Shanghan Lun".In theory,Zheng followed Zhongjing ’s academic thought of Spleen and Stomach;in the treatment,advocate Lizhong Decoction and Jianzhong Decoction,good use of dried ginger and aconite to warmly invigorating spleen yang;in the prognosis and nursing,to promote the ups and downs from the spleen and stomach to determine the effectiveness of good or bad,the prognosis of good and evil and the change or not;in the clinical application,for the spleen and stomach disease presented a detailed dialectical treatment.Through this research,aims to summarize Zheng Qinan’s stomach academic thought,with a view to the academic thought of Zheng has a more comprehensive understanding,and further enrich the study of Zhongjing academic thought,for the theory of the spleen and stomach theory,clinical research and experimental research to provide new ideas.
