The sEMG signal of human body is a kind of complex and weak bioelectrical signal which is generated by the random activity of muscle fiber. It is a kind of electric wave that is produced in the contraction of muscle movement, and the movement of human muscle is controlled by the nervous system. The sEMG signal of human body has a very good application prospect, and it has an important theoretical guiding role in rehabilitation medicine, prosthetic control, rehabilitation robot and kinematics.Through continuous efforts, people have mastered the basic methods of sEMG signal analysis. However,it is still necessary to further study the sEMG signal in order to make full use of it.This paper focuses on the analysis of the basis on stroke patients' lower extremities EMG and healthy human upper limb EMG signals, analysis and processing related according to the experimental data, and expounds the application of sEMG in rehabilitation medicine.Firstly, the sEMG signals of lower limb gastrocnemius and long peroneal muscle were collected.Based on the analysis of the average power frequency, the median frequency, the AEMG and the IEMG data, the conclusion can be drawn up effectively. It plays an important role in the early recovery of health.Secondly, the EMG signals of the anterior deltoid muscle, the triceps brachii muscle, the flexor carpi ulnaris and the flexor muscle of the upper limb of the human upper limb were collected.Through the analysis of the results of the AEMG and IEMG data,it can prevent the occurrence of related diseases in the elderly. Finally, the paper discusses the important role of the human body surface EMG signal in rehabilitation medicine, and it can reduce the difficulty and discomfort of the control of the prosthesis.Through the study of the function of the muscles in the daily life of the human body,we can make the correct judgment for the medical diagnosis of the elderly and the rehabilitation training for the disabled.
