| Objective:To investigate the expression of INPP4 B in gastic cancer and explore the mechanism of gastric cancer.Methods:1.By Real-time polymerase chain reaction and immunohistochemistry,INPP4 B was detected in gastric cancer tissues,adjacent casinoma tissues and normal tissues of the same patient.2.By immunohistochemistry,AKT and p-AKT were detected in gastric cancer tissues,adjacent casinoma tissues and normal tissues of the same patient.Results:1.By Real-time polymerase chain reaction and immunohistochemistry,the expression of INPP4 B in gastric cancer tissues was lower than adjacent casinoma tissues and normal tissues.2.By immunohistochemistry,the expression of AKT and p-AKT in gastric cancer tissues was higher than adjacent casinoma tissues and normal tissues.3.Negative correlation exist between INPP4 B and AKT.(r=-0.603,P<0.001)Conclusion:1.The expression of INPP4 B in gastric cancer was down regulated expression.2.Low expression of INPP4 B activates AKT to p-AKT and results to cancer. |
