| Objective:To evaluate the efficacy and safety of Solitaire AB stent in the treatment of acute ischemic stroke, and to analyze the influencing factors for clinical prognosis. Methods:The data for the period 264 hospital and school affiliated to PLA from December2014 to July 2016 61 cases of patients with acute ischemic stroke treated by Solitaire AB mechanical thrombectomy, selected cases were consistent with the diagnostic criteria of acute ischemic stroke occlusion, preoperative cranial CT.Removal of intracranial hemorrhage and underwent CTA or MRA confirmed large arteries occlusion.Through the analysis of 61 cases of patients after revascularization, postoperative complications, after March with the clinical prognosis and prognostic factors.Results:61 patients were admitted to the hospital after receiving Solitaire AB thrombectomy,of which there were 36 males and 25 females, aged from 28 to 87,with an average of(69.7±12.3)years old。From the admission to NIHSS(National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale)score of(22.5±5.8)increased to discharge NIHSS score of(4.33±3.73),(P< 0.01)。54 patients had vascular recanalization, and the other 19 cases were TICI grade2B。 35 cases were grade 3 blood vessel recanalization rate 89 %,(tici ≧2b),4 patients died, the mortality rate was up to 6.6%。The good rate of follow up was 45 % in March(Mrs≦ 2)。Single factor chi square test and logistic regression analysis showed thatdiabetes, atrial fibrillation, preoperative GCS score, preoperative NIHSS score were independent prognostic risk factors.Conclusion:1.Solitaire AB stent thrombectomy in AIS has a higher vascular recanalization rate, effectively improve the prognosis of patients.2.Mechanical thrombectomy time window is not fixed, some patients can be relaxed according to the situation,it will be more satisfactory results.3.Atrial fibrillation, diabetes, smoking, drinking, preoperative GCS,preoperative NIHSS score is an independent risk factor for the prognosis of patients. |
