After Facial Neoplasm Resection Clinical Comparison Of Linear Suture With Circular Suture

Objective:Through the facial skin fusiform excision with conventional linear suture comparative analysis,study the clinical value of the circular excision pouch suture technique.Methods:Choose our department outpatient ser vice face 60 patients with neoplasm resection neoplasm in less than 6mm in diameter,patient history,which has ruled out scar constitution,cancer and diabetes affect wound healing of the patients,preoperative examination to rule out the disease of heart head blood-vessel,blood system diseases,postoperative disease inspection exdude malignant neoplasm,ruled out the use of postoperative follow-up cancer drugs and drug scar interfere with wound healing of patients,all patients before operation were told in detail the advantages and disadvantages of two kinds of operative methods,consent form signed by patients to choose after surgery,the study in accordance with the relevant provisions of the dedration of Helsinki and the ethical requirements,including 30 cases of pationts with facial lesions loop escision pouch suture surgery,30 patients with routine spindle the suture line,the comparison between the two groups of patients age,and skin defect in the area of the size of the difference between after resection.Respectively in postoperative week,a month,and year of follow-up survey,the patients and in patients with postoperative year please complete a questionnaire,according to the questionnaire on two groups of patients with postoperative satisfaction,and the comparison results for statistical analysis.Results:Three kinds of operation are completed by the same medical group,and only used for facial skin lesion patients less than 6 mm in diameter,in the lesion diameter greater than 6 mm patients usually do not directly suture of wooing and choose skin flap to repair,are performed under lidocaine local infiltration anesthesia.Area were primary healing postoperatively,healed well,no necrosis,infection.Postoperative follow-up of one year,the area detected no relapse,the local scar is not obvious,the displacement of adjacent organs,there was no deformation,partial functions are not affected.Total satisfaction rate between the two groups: the conventional spindle suture line group was90.0%,the circular excision pouch suture group was 96.7%,the calibration x2 test,x2 c =0.268,P = 0.605 > 0.05,comparing differences between the two groups has no statistical significance.Conclusion:The conventional spindle the suture line is currently one of the most commonly used surgical removal of the facial skin,clinically the surgical operation is simple,local shortly after the relatively flat,no obvious radial fold formation,the long-term effect is stable,reliable,patient satisfaction is higher.This clinical study based on the analysis comparison to conventional facial skin of spindle suture line and circular excision pouch suture group of patients with postoperative total satisfaction,visible difference is not significant between the two,indicates that the circular excision pouch suture technique also for a stable and reliable for clinical to choose surgery to remove facial skin lesions.due to the clinical research base is small,can't make existing significant difference;Facial skin circular excision pouch suture technique shorter postoperative incision scar is hidden,the diameter of the postoperative point depression often is far less than the original lesion diameter.And spindle suture line after often result in postoperative incision scar length to the original 2.5 3 times the diameter of the lesion.Pouch suture technique in the formation of the radial fold also will gradually become flat,the operation has the advantages of spindle postoperative flatter the suture line at the same time to avoid the stitching line caused by postoperative incision scar is longer than the other.Postoperative scar more concealed,more beautiful,the patients satisfaction is higher,make facial skin of excision suture surgery tend to be more perfect.Given the facial skin of circular excision pouch suture technique for facial skin excision operation in optional safer,postoperative curative effect is reliable method,and has a wide scope of the operation indications,can be widely used in clinic,in the condition of appropriate conditions can be used as the preferred operation for patients.
