| Objective:To explore the the influence of Resveratrol(Res)on the growth of gastric cancer cells(adenocarcinoma gastric cells,AGS)in vitrol and the relayionship with Wnt/beta-catenin signaling pathway.Methods:Gastric cancer cell lines(AGS)are cultured with Res in different concentrations,cell inhibition rate is determined by MTT method,flow cytometry instrument is used to detect the cell cycle arrest,cell immunohistochemical detection expression of Wnt1,beta catenin,Lgr5.Results:Different concentration of Res(25 mumol/L,50 mumol/L,and 100 mu mol/L)intervention for 24 h,48 h,72 h with AGS cells,cell morphology change and density decrease;cell proliferation inhibition rate is time dependent and dose dependent(p < 0.05);Different concentrations of Res effect after 24 h,cell cycle are arrested in G0 / G1 phase(p < 0.05);Different concentrations of Res intervention after 24 h,the expression of Wnt1,beta catenin,LGR5 protein decreased(p < 0.05).Conclusion:Res can inhibit the growth of gastric cancer cell AGS probably by reducing the activation of the Wnt/beta-catenin signaling pathway. |
