Objective To analyze the influencing factors of perioperative coagulation function in neonates with gastrointestinal surgeryMethods Retrospective investigation and analysis was performed of323 neonatal coagulation index [plasma prothrombin time(PT),partial activated thromboplastin time(APTT),thrombin time(TT)and plasma fibrinogen(Fib)] from gastrointestinal neonatal surgery department during June 2012 ~ April 2016 and perioperative clinical data was collected.According to the results of coagulation index within 4 hours after operation, the patients were divided into mild abnormal group, obvious abnormal group and normal group.Differences on coagulation index within 4 hours after operation and perioperative coagulation dysfunction related risk factors were analyzed among three groups. Results There were 158 cases with abnormal coagulation index within 4 hours after operation, including 61 cases of mild abnormalities and97 cases of obvious abnormalities.Univariate analysis showed that the differences of age, preoperative pneumonia, peritonitis, operation level, operation time, invasive puncture catheter, red blood cell Infusion, hydroxyethyl starch and perioperative low calcium among three groupswere statistically significant(P <0.05).Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that preoperative pneumonia, perioperative low calcium and invasive puncture catheter were independent risk factors for neonatal coagulation index abnormality within 4 hours after surgery(P <0.05).Conclusion In the perioperative management, pneumonia should be actively treated, hypocalcemia corrected and the choice of concentrations of less than 6.25 u / ml of heparin solution or 0.9% saline should be take to care arteriovenous catheter,in order to reduce the occurrence of neonatal postoperative coagulation dysfunction.
