Objective: To investigate the diagnosis and treatment of resectable lung cancer with different pulmonary nodules.Methods: We retrospectively analyzed the clinical data of 62 cases of surgical resection of primary lung cancer with pulmonary nodule from January 2014 to November 2016.The data included the nodule size,number of lung hilar and mediastinal lymph node metastasis,PET-CT examination,primary carcinoma staging and position between the carcinoma and the nodules.Results: All cases including different pulmonary nodules were underwent surgical resection.38 cases(61%)were showed benign nodules by pathological examination,in which 16 cases were fibrous tissue,5 cases inflammatory pseudotumor,3 cases hamartoma,1 case sclerosing hemangioma and other benign lesions in 13 cases.However,24 cases(39%)were malignant nodules by pathology,including two cases of double primary lung cancer(report of 1 cases).Conclusion: To avoid misdiagnosis of patients with lung cancer with a benign nodules for lung cancer with lung metastasis,lung cancer with different lung nodules should actively take a variety of methods to diagnose and process.So that,these Early lung cancer patients weren't delayed early surgical treatment and affected the prognosis which may increase their psychological burden.In conclusion,the lung cancer with different lung nodules should be treat by surgery positively. |
