The Research Progress Of Magnetic Resonance Imagine To Predict Depression Treatment Effect

Depression is a common mental disease,mainly shown low mood,interests and happy feeling of loss,lacked energy or fatigue,besides,pay attention to the ability reduce,self assessment to reduce,sleep disorders,loss of appetite,pessimistic,self-injury or suicidal ideas or behavior are also included.The prevalence of depression is high,the suicide rate is high,to individuals and society bring heavy burden.The treatment of depression is difficult and time consuming,and high rate of relapse,therefore shorten the treatment time window and as soon as possible to determine the effective clinical treatment become a huge challenge.Looking for to predict depression treatment effect of biological markers for the treatment of depression is of great significance.Currently using magnetic resonance imaging for predicting the outcome of treatment of depression become a research hot spot,this paper will from structural magnetic resonance imaging,diffusion tensor imaging,functional magnetic resonance imaging three aspects to illustrate the effect of magnetic resonance imaging for the treatment of depression,hope can provide guidance for clinical decision making.
