| The human intestinal mucosal barrier was made up of intestinal biological barrier,intestinal immune barrier,intestinal mechanical barrier and intestinal chemical barrier.It played a role in adjusting the intestinal function,keeping the intestinal microecological balance and resisting the invasion of pathogens.Intestinal flora is an important part of the biological barrier bowel mucosa.And the intestinal mucosal immune system directly affected the function of intestinal immune barrier.There is a close relationship between intestinal flora and intestinal mucosal immunity.They can stimulate and interact with each other and keep the microecological balance of intestine together.However,if the balance is broken,the imbalance can result in organic and functional lesions of intestine.The progress in the research on intestinal flora,intestinal mucosal immunity as well as the related intestinal diseases is reviewed in this paper. |
