Safflower oil bodies are a kind of spherical organelle,they are not only the individual but very small and relatively dispersed.In general,Safflower oil bodies are mainly composed of phospholipids and protein membrane.Its surface is often covered a layer of phospholipids and the oil body protein,has a very stable structure,can reduce the influence of external pressure on oil.The research object of this article for safflower seed oil bodies,the research content mainly includes the establishment of the extraction process of safflower seed oil bodies,stability studies and some exploring oil body function.The main results were as follows:1.The Safflower oil bodies were extracted by Tricine,Tris-HCl,alkali,water and PBS.The particle size,potential,water content,extraction rate and microstructure of safflower oil bodies by different extraction methods were compared.The result showed that PBS extraction method was selected as the best extraction method.2.The effect of different pH value and salt concentration,material liquid ratio on the extraction of safflower oil bodies by PBS gradient centrifugation were compared.The result showed that the optimum conditions for the extraction of safflower oil bodies : pH7.5,NaCl 0.6mg/ml,solid-liquid ratio 1:10.3.The suspension liquid of safflower oil bodies was prepared.The effects of different pH value,NaCl concentrations and surfactants,temperature and ultrasonic time on the stability of safflower oil bodies were compared.The optimal pH 8,NaCl salt concentration 100mmol/L were determined and the oil bodies suspension liquid was most stable.The imidazoline cation surfactant was better than others on stability of safflower oil bodies suspension liquid.The temperature processing was not effect on safflower oil suspension liquid.The safflower oil bodies was stability by.ultrasonic treatment4.The cell scratch was tested through the cultivation of NIH3T3 cells,adding safflower oil bodies.The experimental results showed that safflower oil bodies were wounds heal on NIH3T3 cells.5.The antioxidant activity of safflower oil bodies was determined through the pyrogallic acid method.Results showed that safflower oil bodies were antioxidant properties.The antioxidant activity was increased gradually with the increasing of safflower oil bodies concentration.
