Objective The expression of insulin-like growth factor II m RNA binding protein 3(IMP3)and CD34 in non-small cell lung cancer and the correlation of the two,research IMP3 and CD34 in non-small cell lung cancer occurrence,development and prognosis of the role of for non-small cell lung cancer in the clinical treatment of new ideas.Methods Collected from Qingdao University,Yantai Yuhuangding Hospital,thoracic surgery from January 2013 to December 2013 by surgical resection and pathology confirmed as primary non-small cell lung cancer tissue samples of 64 cases and 43 cases of adjacent tissues,sing immunohistochemical method(Immunohistochemistry,IHC)detection IMP3 and CD34 expression in non-small cell lung cancer,to analyze its expression and age,gender,the degree of differentiation,lymph node metastasis and other features related to the clinical relevance.The main measuring method of positive expression of CD34 is microvascular density calculation.Using the method of ELISA detection of 25 cases from Qingdao yantai yu huang top hospital affiliated and oncology at the university of non-small cell lung cancer and 20 cases of normal human peripheral blood serum level of IMP3 and CD34 in the qing dynasty,analyses IMP3 and CD34 expression in non-small cell lung cancer,to explore IMP3 and CD34 in non-small cell lung cancer and the correlation of both play a role in the prognosis of non-small cell lung cancer.Results 1.The expression of IMP3 and CD34 in the tissues of NSCLC was statistically different from that of patients with age,differentiation and lymph node metastasis(p <0.05),but there was no significant difference in sex(P> 0.05),suggesting that IMP3 is closely related to CD34 expression in NSCLC patients.2.IMP3 and the expression of CD34 in the serum of patients with NSCLC has positive correlation(r = 0.44,p < 0.05).3.Both the IMP3 and CD34 showed positive expression in both NSCLC tissues and serum,and the median survival time(28.1 months)was significantly shorter than that of the two negative(34.3 months)(p <0.05),Suggesting that non-small cell lung cancer poor prognosis.(p < 0.05).Conclusions IMP3 protein not only with non-small cell lung cancer is closely related to the occurrence,progress,invasion and distant metastasis,and still have a lot to do with its prognosis.IMP3 has correlation with CD34 in lung cancer tissues.IMP3,CD34 positive expression may prompt non-small cell lung cancer with tumor invasive and ability to distant metastasis,and may be evidence of disease with poor prognosis.Survival analysis result indicates that our IMP3,CD34 these two indicators are likely as the early diagnosis of tumors,whether there is a distant metastasis,the prediction of adverse prognosis of tumor reference indicators,for the treatment of non-small cell lung cancer in clinic found a new direction,to develop a new field.
