Objective: To investigate the effect of neoadjuvant endocrine therapy on the perioper ative efficacy of radical prostatectomy for stage T3N0M0 prostate cancer. Methods: by retrospectively collected and analyzed from January 2010 to October2016,the medical records of 64 patients with stage T3N0M0 prostate cancer patients admitted to the Department of Urology, the Municipal Hospital Affiliated to Qingdao University,Qingdao City, according to the different treatment, divided into treatment group(43 cases)and simple operation group(21 cases). The operation was completed successfully. For prostate cancer in the basic situation of two groups of patients with preoperative(age, body mass index, prostate volume,PSA)had no significant difference(P>O.05),through the comparative analysis of statistical software operation time, bleeding volume, two groups of patients with postoperative hospitalization time, positive margin rate, postoperative Gleason score and postoperative urinary catheter indwelling time, recovery time, postoperative complications related to surgery the incidence of clinical data,to explore the effect of neoadjuvant hormone therapy on perioperative curative effect of radical prostatectomy in patients with stage T3N0M0.Results: laparoscopic radical prostatectomy was successfully performed in two groups without open transit.Neoadjuvant endocrine therapy can obviously make T3 tumor of prostate volume decreased, serum PSA levels were significantly lower in the two groups of operation time, intraoperative blood loss, postoperative hospitalization time, pelvic drainage time, postoperative Gleason score, catheter indwelling time, surgery related complications rate had no significant difference statistically significant(P>0.05).Continence recovery time is lower than the surgery group combined treatment group(P<0.05),intraoperative tumor surgery combined treatment group positive margin rate is lower than the surgery group of tumor margin positive rate, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion: neoadjuvant endocrine therapy combined with radical prostatectomy is safe and feasible for the treatment of stage T3N0M0 prostate cancer.Neoadjuvant endocrine therapy can significantly reduce prostate cancer volume and prostate cancer in patients with stage T3N0M0 prostate cancer, and significantly lower serum PSA levels.Neoadjuvant endocrine therapy did not significantly affect perioperative parameters in patients with stage T3N0M0 prostate cancer, but did not significantly increase the risk of surgery.Neoadjuvant endocrine therapy can reduce the positive rate of tumor resection margins in stage T3N0M0 prostate cancer, and can shorten the time of continence recovery after radical operation.
