Purpose:To explore the factors influencing the safety of patients with symptomatic intracranial atherosclerotic stenosis and to be more safe for stentingMethods: A retrospective analysis of the end point of the perioperative period of 73 patients with symptomatic intracranial artery stenosis from January 2014 to October2016 after a medical treatment failure in our hospital(30 days postoperatively)The responsibility of the blood vessels and blood supply area of the stroke, infarction). To assess the relationship between the location of the lesion, the size of the stenosis, the length of the lesion, the type of the stent, and the posterior circulation. Results: There were 73 patients with cerebral vascular dissection(n = 8),stent thrombosis(n = 1),perforator events(n = 5),intracranial hemorrhage and over perfusion(n = 0),of which there were clinical endpoints.5 cases of perforating events occurred in BA stent plasty.Dissection in 8 cases,3 cases in ICA,including 1 cases with stent thrombosis events;occurred in 4 cases of basilar artery, including 3 cases with perforating events, the formation of 1 cases with thrombosis;1 cases occurred in VA,no clinical events after stenting. The stratified analysis showed: different vascular lesions(intracranial segment of internal carotid artery,M1 segment of middle cerebral artery, intracranial vertebral artery and basilar artery stent implantation)end point events are different,P=0.008<0.05,shows the location of different end point events are different. The number of vascular perforator lesions(M1 segment of middle cerebral artery and basilar artery of intracranial segment of internal carotid artery and intracranial vertebral artery)P=0.028<0.05 of end point events are different, more or less, that of perforator end point events were significantly different;end point events and stent type P=0.679 > 0.05,shows that the type of stent no significant difference occurred on different end point events;inspection of lesion length on end point events in P=0.075 > 0.05,showed that the lesion length had no significant difference on the occurrence of end point events;test the influence degree of vascular stenosis of end point events in P=0.754 > 0.05,indicating the occurrence of lesions of vascular stenosis and no obvious end point events correlation;vascular lesions located in the anterior and posterior circulation of different end point events difference test showed that lesion P=0.392 > 0.05.There was no significant difference in the occurrence of terminal events between the anterior and posterior circulation. Conclusion: 30 days after intracranial atherosclerotic stenting, the anteroposterior circulation is more safe and the parts with less perforation are more safe than the infiltration area. The safety of basilar artery stenting is relatively poor. There was no significant difference between the occurrence of end point and the type of stent, the degree of stenosis and the length of lesion.
