Screening Of Aberrantly Expressed MiRNA Different Degrees Of Differentiation In Non-small Cell Lung Cancer

Objective: Purpose: use genie measure to screening the non-small cell lung cancer in difference separation situations,which will express different in Mirco RNA.Measure: the research studied the three cases are ningxia medical universityhoracic surgery resection of distal lung benign lesions of 3 cases of normal lung tissue,3 cases of poorly differentiated non-small cell lung cancer tissues and 3 cases of highly differentiated non-small cell lung cancer tissues.Then after the total RNA collection,used both mi RNA chips and m RNA chips to screen,found the Micro RNA in different expression.Results: Base on the screening,found there are 27 mi RNA in different expression,and against to the normal condition lung organ,poorly differentiated non-small cell lung cancer and highly differentiated non-small cell lung cancer mi RNA include:hsa-mi R-3651,hsa-mi R-210-3p,hsa-mi R-449c-5p,hsa-mi R-375,hsa-mi R-494-3p,hsa-mi R-501-5p,hsa-mi R-664b-3p,hsa-mi R-19b-3p,hsa-mi R-200a-3p,there are the mi RNA in both condition of raised together and with the differentiation degree of lower expression is:hsa-mi R-3651,hsa-mi R-210-3p.Against to the normal lung organ,there are the mi RNA in both condition of poorly differentiated non-small cell lung cancer and highly differentiated non-small cell lung cancer are:hsa-mi R-34c-3p,hsa-mi R-30a-3p,hsa-let-7f-5p,hsa-mi R-30c-2-3p,hsa-mi R-3136-5p,hsa-mi R-34b-3p,hsa-mi R-3911,hsa-mi R-486-3p,hsa-mi R-486-5p,hsa-mi R-6127,hsa-mi R-642a-3p,hsa-mi R-760,hsa-mi R-126-3p,hsa-mi R-1247-3p?In both condition of all poorly expression and with the differentiation degree decreased expression are:hsa-mi R-34c-3p,hsa-mi R-30a-3p.We also found there are mi RNA express down in highly differentiated non-small cell lung cancer tissues and express up in poorly differentiated non-small cell lung cancer tissues are:hsa-mi R-28-5p,hsa-mi R-29b-1-5p,hsa-mi R-31-5p.Moreover The mi RNA hsa-mi R-449c-5p expressed up in highly differentiated non-small cell lung cancer tissues,and expressed down in poorly differentiated non-small cell lung cancer tissues.Conclusion: Based on the screening results on the mi RNA,there are hsa-mi R-3651,hsa-mi R-210-3p,hsa-mi R-34c-3p,hsa-mi R-30a-3p highly relate to cancer separation situation.The mi RNA expressed both condition of raised together or both condition of down together probably are the positive or negative cause of cancer cell.The mi RNA: hsa-mi R-28-5p,hsa-mi R-29b-1-5p,hsa-mi R-31-5p,hsa-mi R-449c-5p were in different separated situation that express reversely,probably only will appear in different degrees of differentiation in non-small cell lung cancer.
