Double Endoscope Combined With Gallbladder Stone And Small Incision Bile Stone Treatment Efficiency Analysis

Objective By collecting the clinical data of patients with gallstone,combined with the double endoscope(laparoscopy combined with choledochoscopy)cholecystolithotomy with small incision(choledochoscope assisted)therapeutic efficacy of lrcl,compared two groups of patients with surgical operation,operation time,bleeding quantity difference,hospitalization time hospitalization expenses and postoperative complications,clinical curative effect comparison of endoscopy combined with cholecystolithotomy with small incision gallbladder sparing cholelithotomy.Methods From June 2014-January 2016 during the Institute of Ningxia Medical University for lrcl treatment of 62 cases of patients with gallstone,which under laparoscopy combined with choledochoscopy in 32 cases(double mirror combined group),small incision assisted choledochoscopy was performed in 30 cases(small incision group),operative time,blood loss between the two groups,postoperative exhaust time,postoperative complication rate,hospitalization for case-control study time and hospitalization costs.Results The cost of the two mirror combination group(7 +.0.62)1000 yuan was slightly higher than that of the small incision group(+ 6.42 + 0.61)-3.725(t=).The postoperative exhaust time(25.95 + /-3.09)of H group was significantly shorter than that of small incision group(H = 3.10)(t= = 12.52,P<0.001).The postoperative hospitalization time(5.70 + /-0.72)in D group was significantly shorter than that in small incision group(P<0.001 = 0.68,d)(t= = 4.112).Double mirror combined operation group the incidence rate of complications(1 cases,1 cases of fever,diarrhea)was significantly less than the small incision group(1 cases of fever,1 cases of diarrhea,1 cases of bile peritonitis,1 cases of incision infection)(2= 0.263,P=0.608),no statistical significance.The operation time of double mirror combined group(60.64 +.6.40)min was higher than that of small incisiongroup(= 6.36)min,(t=-1.782,P= 0.8>0.05),no statistical significance.Conclusion Under the premise of strict selection of surgical indications,double mirror combined with preservation of gallbladder and small incision to protect the gallbladder to take stones showed the advantages of less trauma,faster recovery,shorter hospital stay and so on.The comprehensive treatment effect is better than that of small incision gallbladder preserving lithotomy.
