Correlation Between CT Imaging Findings And Pathologic Features Of Renal Cell Carcinoma

Objective: Summarizing the CT Imaging manifestations of four subtyp es of renal cell carcinoma by retrospectively analyzing the preoperative CT imaging data,to improve preoperative diagnosis of the four subtypes of renal cell carcinoma,and playing a guiding role in clinical treatment programmes.Method: Collect the CT Imaging manifestations of four subtypes of renal cell carcinoma from 2011 to 2017,witch have proved by pathology after operations.We choose 50 patients of CCRCC,15 patients of PRCC,10 patients of CRCC and 6 patients of MCRCC.To analyze the difference among the four subtypes of renal cell carcinoma carefully,including the age of the patients,the plain CT scan,enhanced CT,enhanced form,and strengthening degree.Result: In terms of clinical manifestations,the Typical symptoms of renal cell carcinoma can not see any more.Some patients fell one or two of the symptoms,and the last have no any uncomfortable.Age has no sense among the four subtypes of renal cell carcinoma.Through the analyze,the CT value in plain has no significance among them.During the period of enhance CT,CCRCC changed obviously,both in enhanced form and strengthening degree.And CRCC show the uniformity well.Conclusion: Different subtypes of renal cell carcinoma has it's significance in CT Imaging manifestations.CCRCC changes a lot during the enhanced period.CT is still the best method of diagnosis.
