Objective:To study the primary hepatic cancer patients coagulation four(TT,PT,APTT,FIB),D-dimer and PLT parameters(PLT,MPV,PDW)the variation of correlation analysis between these indicators and clinical staging of primary hepatic carcinoma and further explore the combined detection of TT,PT,APTT,D-D,FIB,PLT,MPV and PDW in patients with primary hepatic cancer and the clinical significance of the prognosis and prevention of complications.Methods:To collect 135 cases of primary hepatic cancer patients,40 cases of hepatic cirrhosis and matched 50 cases of healthy persons as control group,in the General Hospital of Ningxia Medical University,from September 2014 to September 2016.To collect TT,PT,APTT,FIB,D-D,PLT,MPV,PDW and tumor status,hepatic function(serum albumin,total bilirubin,ascites,hepatic encephalopathy,portal hypertension)from the state of all the pcases.According to the 2005 American Association for the study of hepatic diseases modified Barcelona Clinic hepatic Cancer Staging standards,divided the primary hepatic cancer cases into a,b,c,d into the corresponding A,B,C,D four groups.To analysis he general clinical features of 225 cases;to analysis of the expression level of coagulation related indicators patients with primary hepatic cancer and patients with hepatic cirrhosis,to analysis correlation between the clinical stage of primary hepatic cancer and blood coagulation indicators.Results:1.There were no significant differences in the clinical features between the 225 groups,and it was comparability between the each groups.2.Compared TT,PT,APTT,FIB,D-D,PLT,MPV and PDW between control group and hepatic cirrhosis group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);compared APTT,FIB,PLT between liver cirrhosis group and hepatic cancer group,the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05);Compared TT,PT,D-D,MPV,PDW between liver cirrhosis group and hepatic cancer group,the difference was not statistically significant(P >0.05).3.Compared TT,APTT,FIB,D-D,PLT between A,B,C,D group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);compared MPV and PDW between A,B,C,D group,there was no significant difference;4.The correlation analysis shows that TT,PT,APTT,FIB,D-D,PLT,MPV and PDW have correlation with BCLC,TT,PT,APTT,D-D have significant positive correlation with BCLC(rTT=0.691,rPT=0.839,rAPTT=0.0.578,rD-D=0.909,P<0.05);FIB and PLT have negatively correlation with BCLC(r FIB=-0.368 rPLT=-0.713,P<0.05),MPV and PDW have no correlation with BCLC.Conclusion:Primary hepatic cancer patients with different stages have different levels of coagulation related indicators,combined detection of TT,PT,APTT,FIB,D-D,PLT,MPV and PDW can be more accurate in vivo coagulation reaction system,to a certain extent response in patients with hepatocellular carcinoma patients,to provide a reference value for the prognosis of patients with liver cancer diagnosis and treatment.
