The Protective Effect On The Use Of Hydrodissection With Diluted Vasopressin In Laparoscopic Cystectomy Of Ovarian Cyst

ObjectiveTo investigate the protective effect on ovarian reserve of a new surgical technique,hydrodissection with diluted vasopressin,in laparoscopic cystectomy of ovarian cyst.Methods1.The patients diagnosed as ovarian cyst was divided into three groups to undergo laparoscopic cystectomy:group 1(30 cases,hydrodissection with diluted vasopressin),group 2(30 cases,hydrodissection with saline),group3(30cases,routine laparoscopic cystectomy).Ovarian hemostasis was achieved by bipolar electrocoagulation.2.ELISA method was used to detect the expression of AMH in serum of patients for preoprerative and postoperative of laparoscopic cystectomy of ovarian cyst with 1 month,3 months,6 months,1 year.3.Assessing the reserve functions of ovarian for patients with diffrrent kinds of ovarian cysts using the level of serum AMH as well as the operative time,changes in hemoglobin level was compared among 3 groups to evaluate the effect of hydrodissection with diluted vasopressin on operation.Results1.The operative time,changes in hemoglobin level in group 1 and group 2was less than group 3,but there is no difference(P>0.05).2.The serum AMH,ovarian reserve,was decresed after 1 to 6 months postoperatively in all of three groups compared to preoperative the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.In group 1 and group 2,AMH was not decresed as much as group3(P<0.05).Howeve,there is no difference between group 1 or group 2 in ovarian function 1 or 3 months after operation.(P>0.05)4.After 6 months of operation,the level of serum AMH in group 1 was higherthan other two groups,and the diffrence was statistically significant(P<0.05).5.The expression of AMH in serum of patients with ovarian cysts in all 3groups was increased respectively,and compared to the level of the serum AMH preoperatively,the difference in each group was no significant(P>0.05).ConclusionThe use of vasopressin in shelling out ovarian cysts under laparoscopy can make it easier,protect ovarian reserve better,thus need to be widely promoted in clinical practice.
