According to World Health Organization statistics,in recent years,cardiovascular disease has been increasingly serious threat to human security health,is one of the major causes of death,more than 13 million people die of heart disease each year worldwide,and showed an increasing trend year by year.Therefore,health diagnosis and treatment of heart disease is gaining increasing attention in the world of medical world.However,early detection and diagnosis of ECG signal is a common method to prevent and treat heart disease,it is very important to provide the medical staff with the instrument which can accurately extract the ECG signal and the auxiliary analysis.By conventional electrocardiogram machine can realize ECG monitoring,analysis and processing.Deficiency is also very obvious,expensive,volume is too big not easy to carry,single function,a longer technology update cycle,is the Internet limited independent equipment,etc.For the traditional ECG machine these drawbacks,This paper designs a set of ECG signal acquisition and analysis system based on Virtual Instrument Platform.The system adopts the upper and lower computer model,The research content is three parts.The hardware part of lower computer is mainly composed of sensor,amplifier circuit,filter circuit,isolation circuit,A/D conversion and data acquisition card,etc.After the initial amplification and filtering process,the analog ECG signal is converted into digital signal and then transmitted to the upper computer software through the USB communication interface,through wavelet transform filtering algorithm for noise reduction and identification of ECG signal processing and analysis.Noise reduction and identification preprocessing algorithm from the theory,First introduced the commonly used wavelet theory and multiresolution wavelet decomposition and reconstruction,threshold denoising and modulus maxima algorithm,etc.And then from the principles and steps on the noise reduction and identification were described in detail,finally,the feasibility and accuracy of the algorithm is tested by the simulation of a large amount of data in MIT-BIH database.The upper part of the computer software is developed by the United States National Instrument(NI)Company's graphical programming software LabVIEW,the main function modules include ECG acquisition module,Analysis processing module,Waveform display module,Diagnostic alarm module,Memory playback module and Remote network publishing module,etc.Proved by experiment that the preprocessing algorithm can realize the denoising of ECG signal and accurately capture the characteristic waveform,and the system can also realize the acquisition of ECG signal,processing,display,diagnosis,save,playback and Network transmission function accurately.The utility model has the advantages of convenient carrying,simple operation,convenient connection with the network and other devices,etc,it has a certain theoretical significance and strong practical value.
