Study On The Determination Methods Of Vitamin D3,Flavor Compounds And Heavy Mental In Cod Liver Oil

Cod liver oil is a kind of fatty substance extracted from fish liver such as cod shark.It is rich in vitamins and unsaturated fatty acids.It is taken as a nutritional supplements.The quality of cod liver oil is evaluated from three aspects: vitamins,flavor,and heavy metals:The UPC2 method was established for the determination of vitamin D3 in cod liver oil.The sample was extracted directly with n-hexane and was analyzed by Waters 1-AA column.The mobile phase consisted of 80% CO2 and 20% methanol,And the detection limit was 1.2mg / kg.The limit of quantification was 5 mg / kg.The average recoveries of vitamin D3 were 89.1% and the relative standard deviations(RSDs)were 0.3-3.2%.The method was simple,sensitive and rapid for the determination of vitamin D3 in cod liver oil.In order to hide the smell of cod liver oil,fragrance is usually added.However,some fragrances are harmful to human body.In this paper,8 kinds of prohibited flavors and fragrances in cod liver oil were established by gas chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry(GC-MS / MS).(SPE),modified QuEChERS method,membrane filtration purification method,and finally to determine the purification method membrane filtration purification method.This method is the first time to establish a method for the detection of flavors and fragrances in cod liver oil samples.The method is sensitive and efficient,and is suitable for the detection of flavor in cod liver oil.As,Cu,Pb and Cd in cod liver oil were determined by ICP-MS.The samples were analyzed by ICP-MS after digestion with microwave and digestion with nitric acid and hydrogen peroxide.The ICP-MS method was established for the first time to establish a method for the determination of heavy metal elements in cod liver oil samples.
