The human brain is one of the most complex organ in the body system,it is divided into the two brain hemispheres,and there are a number of neurons and connections between neurons in the brain.In recent years,the study of brain structure and the analysis of brain works become a hot research topic in the field of natural science.Based on complex network theory for modeling the brain is one of the major research methods of brain science.After modeling,The human brain is equivalent to the network composed of nodes and edges.Based on the network,we can explore the structure and behavior of the human brain.As a result,the accuracy of the brain network construction is of great significance for brain network studying.In general,we can get the raw data of the construction of functional brain network by functional magnetic resonance imaging and EEG.When modeling,brain regions equate as the nodes of network,the functional connection between brain areas equate as a edge in brain.But when we measure the functional connection between brain areas,different connection definition method leads to different result.But few researchers compare these methods and it is hard to put forward the the standard of evaluation.This paper surrounding the research hotspot brain network,has a deeper research on the construction of functional brain network,different connection methods and the credibility of the brain network.Research mainly uses the properties calculation method of multi-layer network and frequent subgraph mining algorithm to analysis network structure comparing the differences of different connection definition method when modeling and putting forward the indicators to measure the accuracy of the constructed network based on different connection methods.In this paper,the main innovation work are as follows:Firstly,this paper calculates the inherent attributes of functional brain network based on functional brain imaging data and EEG data by using inside layer and interlayer properties calculation method of multi-layer network.In other words,by calculating the properties of similar subjects brain network group constructed by different connection definition methods we analysis the difference of the construction network.As the result,for the group of fMRI data,network constructed by pearson,partial and wavelet correlation method had a remarkable difference.Secondly,using frequent subgraph mining algorithm,we obtain the specific structure of functional brain networks based on fMRI data and EEG data.In other words,by mining frequent subgraph patterns of the properties of similar subjects brain network group constructed by different connection definition methods we analysis the difference of the construction network.As the result,for the group of fMRI data,network constructed by pearson,partial and wavelet correlation method had a remarkable difference.Thirdly,this paper put forward two indexs calculation method to measure the credibility of the network constructed by different connection definition method.In other words,we put forward the method,the calculation of two indicators respectively based on multilayer network properties' calculation method and frequent subgraph mining algorithm,to measure brain network reliability constructed by different connection definition.Analysising of different indicators calculation results,we found that for the group of fMRI data,network constructed by pearson,partial and wavelet correlation method had a remarkable difference in the stability.For the group of EEG data,network constructed by synchronization likelihood,phase lag index and coherent method had a remarkable difference in the stability.This article is a major component part of the national natural science foundation project “multi-scale functional brain network modeling method research based on the anatomy of the distance and the similarity of nodes”(No.61402318).This paper mainly studies the differences of functional brain networks constructed by different connection definition methods in the stage of construction of resting state functional brain network.The study is not only the basic science problem in international forefront area,but also is a major requirement of the country.
